I am in LOVE with this product, I feel like it has made my life so much easier. I followed a previous reviewers instructions on how to properly feed the wrap through the hole and place the cutter on the side of the box and it works so so so well. I actually think it works better than a sliding cutter because you don’t have to touch anything other than the plastic wrap if your hands are messy from food prep. Make sure you take the time to install your cutter properly like it is in these pictures and you will love this product.

Sorry they don't carry this size in store. Ordered with my plus account and got shipped to house. I don't like that they don't have the slide bar to cut the wrap. It was eliminated awhile ago. I had read those reviews and kept my old box so now I don't have to deal with the new set up.

Although a great buy, pulling the product out of the box is a bit of a pain, if the box is not secured or anchored in some fashion. The plastic film, itself, is good, not cheap or easy to puncture. I'll but it again, after I figure out a way to anchor the box.

The cutter is horrible! It doesn't cut and makes it extremely hard to use. the wrap bunches up and a lot of the product is wasted. Other brands use a slide cutter which works out much better.

This is not food service grade. Do not buy if you are expecting food service grade. We worked and owned restaurants for 15 years and not a film we would approve. It is very thin and the tear off is just as lousy. I am stuck with it because the person I chatted with was no help at all. So, if you are looking for a good film this is not for you!

I had purchased one film roll - one side was totally stuck together on the roll - unable to use it, as I only got bits of torn pieces off the roll. Return this to Sam’s. Purchased another one, (I had been using this brand for years with no problems) This roll was stuck as well, I did not tear a pice off but returned it to Sm’s. What to do? I purchased 4 rolls of Glad cling ‘n seal out of need and necessity. I do not like these. I m struggling with them - it takes time to separate the plastic. Cannot be torn off without sticking together, and unevenly. I am sorry I bought these that I still have. I am waiting for new batches of film roll that I can buy - ones that are rolled properly as they used to be. I never write reviews, however this purchase needed one. Ava Wells

FALSE ADVERTISING! Labeled as 12in x 3000ft BUT it is only 11 1/2 in - 4.3% less than labeled. My wife even commented when she first used this new Member's Mark film, "This does not even fit our plates now - what is going on?" Went to the other big box store and theirs is a full 12 inches. We will be returning this to Sam's.

This film starts out fine but after a couple of uses it messes up. It snags or something and you waste about a foot or more trying to get it to work again!

Check your roll before you leave the store! When the roll itself was cut the end cardboard is right up against the plastic/side of the plastic wheel. When you try to pull the plastic off the roll the end/edge of plastic stays on and you end up with a partial piece of torn plastic. Hope this makes sense-just make sure there is a gap at each end of the roll.

This used to be the best plastic wrap. And it was a good deal. Not anymore. Quality has gone so far downhill. The plastic wrap sticks on the sides and breaks. I could only use a quarter of the last 1 i bought. I have been buying this for years. But ill never buy this again. They need to retrain their employees on how to properly cut the rolls. They used to be cut properly but after covid the quality is nonexistant. What a waste of money
