This rating is not on the item, but on how it was shipped. It arrived in a box without any packing and the lid was broken. I wrote Sam's and did not get an answer. I am older and do not travel the 65 miles to Sam's location very often, so I don't know when I can return it in person

I love this item and it does not bother my dry and sensitive skin. After putting on you can sell the coconut and is shinny but soak in quickly and I can longer smell it. I like it so well I order some for gifts.The jar is LARGE. So, it will take a long time to use it. I only use it as a body cream.

I have been using this on my whole body even my hair I eat a spoon full a week but I have one big jug of this in my bathroom my kids use it and my son did have dark elbows at one time and black heads around his nose like it was black so gross he’s 19 but once he started to clean his face more and use this coconut oil his face and elbows look amazing he uses it more then me lol his skin looks so good my take on this is amazing I use it on my face breast butt and thighs stomach reason for these main areas are for my benefit and it’s amazing the back of my thighs look great I do work out 5 days a week but let’s face it age hits us are skin thins I must say my body looks great I have people tell me I look great when I tell them my age they say no way sometimes they think my son is my boyfriend lol look I have Shih Tzu that 17 years old her paws were a little dry and her paws are soft like silk now I love it I love seeing my kids use it. We also do use lotion but I noticed instead of lotion they go straight for the coconut oil even when I travel, I’ll carry a little bit in one of the little travel bottles because I need it. I feel like my face needs it, yes as soon as you put it in your hands because our hands have heat, it starts to melt a little, but it feels so amazing everybody needs to understand your under eyes are very important. The skin is thin and let’s just say my under eyes look amazing. I’m in my 40s. I love this coconut oil. I know that it’s meant for cooking, but it also says you can eat it as well. I chose to put it all over my body and I know the benefits and I see the benefits that it’s done from my own body and I am very happy I put it on my Butt I don’t have no more cellulite. I truly know that this coconut oil helps build my collagen. Back up aging sucks but this is my 4ever treatment one more thing I must say I notice that my feet don’t get that swollen no more as well. I use this every day from head to toe my whole body and my ankles used to get pretty swollen and I notice that I don’t have that issue when I flew to Seattle a couple weeks ago I thought my feet were going to be like balloons like when I went to Hawaii they were not I came home and my feet were fine. They were a little swollen but nothing like before one I never used to use this product, when I flew my feet were swollen when I was on my trip my feet were swollen when I came back my feet were so swollen they couldn’t even fit in the shoe or my sandal. I was scared. I had to have my feet up on two pillows for a whole day. I have never seen that and I was even given compression stockings from my doctor. Long story short I noticed using this coconut oil on my body . It has helped I did not go through that again flying and I am so thankful I don’t care what anybody thinks or has to say I know from personal experience and I’m grateful because nobody wants to have to have feet that are so fat that you can’t even put them in a sandal and they look like fat little balloons. It’s very scary so this coconut oil has done some drastic changes in my life and I’m thankful for that.

Coconut oil arrived in complete liquid form as many have mentioned, rather than a solid form. It has stayed like this for days. I don't know if it's safe to consume, and in a plastic container which is more concerning due to potential chemicals leaching out. I have been using coconut oil for years and never ever have had the complete container liquified. I have even bought several from sams years ago & they were not like this. Much better quality back then. Great price, but it seems the quality is not there, & may not be safe to consume due to the heat exposure in the container. I really don't know.

Item was shipped by throwing into a big box. Box arrived semicrushed and covered in oil. Sealed jar is not fully sealed and oil leaks out of damaged seal. Despite being inside for a few days, the oil is completely liquid. I have never seen coconut oil that is totally liquid in cool temperatures.

My Dermatologist recommended that I use only coconut oil to moisturize my skin due to Eczema. I tried another store brand's coconut oil but I wasn't convinced. I decided to try this Member's Mark brand based on all of the great reviews and I'm glad that I did. It's high quality and smells very good and the price is great for the quantity. A little goes a long way. My skin looks & feels amazing and no other moisturizer softens my feet like this does. I oil my feet and then cover them with cotton socks. This will definitely be a staple in my house. Lastly, if you're going to moisturize your skin with coconut oil, please protect the surface underneath & around you with a towel because it starts melting immediately when you put it in your hands and it will fall on surfaces causing oil stains. I will add that it absorbs into your skin well, so you don't have to worry about the oil on your skin causing stains. Coconut oil also washes out of fabric very well.
