I love this coconut oil. I cook with it. I use it to tighten my gums, it's a great moisturizer for your skin as well as my hair. If your feet is dry due to the cold weather just rub a little on your feet periodically and watch the results. Its awesome:-)

I bought some years back and my husbands cholesterol dropped 20 points in 6 months. Our Dr. said it wasn't anything special so I stopped using it and the cholesterol went up so I bought more, guess what? it went down again!! He now has lower cholesterol than I do. Best skincare product. Ive used this coconut oil for years as my multipurpose moisturizer. From the shower shaving, to my evening facial routine. This is all I use.

Normally love this product. I use it for cooking, for dog paws, and even in my beard, but the last bottle I had smelled funky. Weird chemically plastic smell.

Overpowering coconut flavor. It works well for candies but not so much for cooking as it overpowers the flavor of your food.
