Coconut oil is great to use instead of butter, better for use as cooking oil, and healthy source of MCT's to help reduce/maintain healthy weight and provide numerous health benefits. Been using coconut oil for many years and have actually lost weight. I recommend Members Mark coconut oil.

VARIETY FLAVORFUL COCONUT OIL right out of the container on a spoon into the mouth! Thus, it renders extremely great tones to foods, candies, dishes that you might want a hint of coconut and sweet to! It's definitely tasted - but not overwhelming if you're careful to not overdo. Use sparingly.

I love this coconut oil. I cook with it. I use it to tighten my gums, it's a great moisturizer for your skin as well as my hair. If your feet is dry due to the cold weather just rub a little on your feet periodically and watch the results. Its awesome:-)

I love this coconut oil! My family use it for everything! We cook with it. Use it for our hair and skin. I do oil pulling with it. It smells good and is so healthy.

Overpowering coconut flavor. It works well for candies but not so much for cooking as it overpowers the flavor of your food.
