I have been members mark tissues for years. I use alot of tissue, aprox 6 boxes a week. The quality used to be great. As of the end of 2020 tge quality is now very bad. Tissue is poorly and cheaply made. Big tissue clods fall off the tissue box. Looks like little cotton balls. Too much dust fluff from tissues. One box of tissue will drop off enough fluff balls to contaminate the table, floor, and wall where tissue box is located. I will never buy another members mark tissue again. VERY DISSAPOINTED.

Bought many time as a member; however last purchase of this item-Member’s Mark Facial Tissues, 12 Flat Boxes, 160 2-Ply Tissues per Box (1920 Tissues Total) would not recommend...quality used to be great but not the last time I purchased and do not recommend at all.

I normally don't review day to day items, but I had to make a point with these. I caught a cold and thought I would treat myself to some tissues with lotion. I'm thrifty and usually default to generic, so I got Walmart tissues with lotion first. They were AWFUL compared to these. I thought maybe I needed to go premium, so I went all out for the Puffs... and was still disappointed. These Members Mark Soft and Strong are gentler on my nose than Puffs Plus Lotion (insert wide eyes emoji here).

I have gotten these tissues for 10 years and they have always been great. Good quality for the money but this last time they completely changed them and now they feel like the cheap nothing tissues you get a motel. I have a box left from the last time I bought and the quality difference is like 1 ply tp vs 3ply. I will never be buying these tissues again unless they address it and fix it.

We have bought these Members Mark Soft %26 Strong tissues for years and have been the only ones we preferred. They were just as the name indicated "Soft %26 Strong, until recently. We usually order a case every 3 months due to our severe allergies. The last case I purchased was November 28, 2025 and they are still strong but not soft any longer. Its like using a crumbled up newspaper on my nose. Leaves my nose dry and sore. I have about 3 boxes left and I will buy another case very soon but if they end up being the same low quality as the previous soft sandpaper I'll definitely be making a return. Please put the soft back in them. Please!

I buy these all the time and all the boxes last a while so imagine the disappointment when I purchased it this LAST time to find them smaller, thinner, and not as soft. I'm tired of Sam's playing switch r roo. Get you used to a product and then change the quality of the product. If it ain't broke don't fix it! I will not be buying these anymore. Sadly back to the name brand

Different product than the square box of Members Mark facial tissues which is described as Ultra Soft. This product in a flat box is described as Soft %26 Strong. It is soft but also definitely thinner than the Ultra Soft tissues in the square box. I didn’t pay attention to the name/description and expected them to be the same quality as the square box that I have bought for years.

Have purchased these for years and been quite pleased. The more recent boxes have lots of loose lint and big lint balls (almost the size of a DIME). They're terrible. They fly out of the box and land everywhere. Please go back to whatever you were doing before. I want clean tissues. Thank You!

The price of the MM facial tissues is right on par with the 2-ply Kleenex brand ($1.25 vs $1.39) and the quality is identical (my wife and I can't tell the difference when comparing side by side), but the MM brand tissues are perfectly cut and dispense one at a time where with Kleenex you can pull out 10 connected tissues before they're cut. So I guess in the end the MM brand is much more economical;-)

So the absorbency isn't quite sufficient (more mucous per blow than paper to contain it), but I'm not sure what I expected for a dollar a box. (Ironically, the boxes say on the bottom,"Quality you deserve.") My main problem was that in some of the boxes, the tissues didn't cleanly pull out; they stuck together and ripped - a waste of time and paper. I won't buy these again. Also wished there was a "Contact us" link on the Sam's website, as I have severe hearing loss and don't do so well with phone calls. And the 800 number hours (9-5 weekdays) aren't particularly convenient.
