recently, the tissues smell like corn chips. I've purchased these several times before, and they were decent. it's a sickening smell. what have you done to them? no more for me

I have loved these tissues for years. But they have changed the softness, the thickness, and the overall product is not what it used to be. the quality is dramatically less and so disappointing.

These used to be our favorite tissues. They were so fantastic and better than the name brand. This last package I bought though they feel like sandpaper. I’m wondering if how they were made was changed? I wish they would go back!

Very Disappointed with these tissues this time. We have purchased in the past with no problems but this batch you can’t get just one tissue out at a time. Every time you pull one you get a hand full.

these tissues are Beyond terrible they are so thin you need at least three to equate to something like Puffs tissues or Kleenex I ordered them by mistake! never again!

So the absorbency isn't quite sufficient (more mucous per blow than paper to contain it), but I'm not sure what I expected for a dollar a box. (Ironically, the boxes say on the bottom,"Quality you deserve.") My main problem was that in some of the boxes, the tissues didn't cleanly pull out; they stuck together and ripped - a waste of time and paper. I won't buy these again. Also wished there was a "Contact us" link on the Sam's website, as I have severe hearing loss and don't do so well with phone calls. And the 800 number hours (9-5 weekdays) aren't particularly convenient.

Different product than the square box of Members Mark facial tissues which is described as Ultra Soft. This product in a flat box is described as Soft %26 Strong. It is soft but also definitely thinner than the Ultra Soft tissues in the square box. I didn’t pay attention to the name/description and expected them to be the same quality as the square box that I have bought for years.

These tissues are so thin, I blow a wet hole through them every time I use them. And that's after folding them in half to make 4 plies. Very disappointing. I bought the same brand Member's Mark cube boxes of 3 ply and they are excellent. Hard to believe they are made by the same company.

I have been buying the 12 pack of these Member's Mark Facial Tissues for decades. Today I opened a new multi pak and realized the texture, thickness and softness isn't there anymore. I even had another older box for comparison. They are now thin and scratchy packaged in the same boxes. I'm definitely going to pay more for regular Kleenex brand from now on. Hoping that other Member's Mark products aren't cheapening their quality.

We have been getting these for years but something has changed in the last couple months. Half the package it will be nice and soft. The other half of the boxes will be rough and not nice at all. Tempted to spend more money on the name brand again cause chronic sinus issues with rough tissues is not acceptable.
