The quality of flavor and reasonable price make Member's Mark Non-Fat Instant Dry Milk great for everyday use as well as planning ahead for an unexpected event. While it is very hard to recreate the flavor of fresh dairy milk, this comes as close as you will get.

Thought i might be the exception and receive my order intact. NOPE. powdered milk was leaking out of multiple holes and onto every single other thing i ordered. The holes aren't from punctures in the bag from shipping (in my opinion) but from along the seams of the packaging. I knew id immediately need to transfer it all to another container, thats assuming it was even safe to drink considering its "open/leaking", but this stuff is not cheap so i guess im taking the gamble. Ended up putting it in multiple ziplocks. This process caused powdered milk to find its way onto my floor and all over my kitchen. Just one big flippin' mess. This product needs to come in a canister. Sam's....please do better. Will not order again until packaging is improved. :-(

Getting pricier like everything. Still better than throwing out fresh milk that's spoiled but my income is fixed and I'm 68 with health issues. Memberships are expensive too and I already can't afford Sam's meat or frozen stuff. I only hang on for a few basics. Just venting.

Just received my order. As others have complained about the package was not resealable (see picture). That wasn't a problem as I have a FoodSaver and packaged them it into portions that would make 1/2-gallon. Was doing fine until I only came up with enough to make 16-1/2 qts. I weighed my bags and all were very close. Next step was to measure and weigh 4-scoops (1-1/3 cups) = 120 grams of product. 120g (1qt milk) * 22 = 2.64 kg Product Advertised Weight is 70.4oz (1.99kg) Additional Note: The 2nd bag had a hole in the packaging crease (see picture). Others complained/advised to check for this. It was not a problem with shipping nor created while opening the shipping box. It was shipped in this condition.

I started buying this in club during covid lockdown in 2020. Later, when clubs stopped stocking this item, I began buying Great Value version at Walmart which seems identical to this product, but a bit more expensive. Laugh all you want, but this is a way better product than name brand Swiss Miss powdered nonfat milk (which clumps and doesn't want to fully dissolve). I recently upgraded to Sam's Club Plus and returned to ordering this Member's Mark milk again online. When I ordered online, bags were slightly ruptured at seams. The bag's plastic is just too thin for the size and weight of the powder inside. Thankfully, Sam's shipped each bag inside a separate clear sealed bag to contain spillage. only a few grams had to be thrown out. I'll continue to order. I like having a seemingly endless supply of milk.

I use this all the time for two different reasons. By the time I use a gallon of milk it will spoil. I only use milk in coffee or cooking. This is much more cost-effective than buying a half a gallon of milk weekly. Also Those of us who live in a hurricane area this is good to have as part of your kit. I do 1/2 scoop to just under 1/2 cup water for instant use.

The resealable zip strip is rarely attached to the inside of the bag. Be prepared to transfer it to another container after opening if you live in a humid area. Also, watch out for punctured bags on the shelf in the store - give it a squeeze before buying to make sure it's actually sealed.

I like to keep this around to mix in with regular milk as an extender. The taste is good and while I don't really know or care if it is any cheaper it does reduce the trips to the grocery store, I drink alot of milk. I also use it for baking when the mood strikes me.

I was excited to try this. Price is great for the size. I usually drink Nido Powdered Milk which costs more but tastes better. Members Mark Dry Milk has an aftertaste I do not care for. I mean, it’s not bad, but after drinking another brand for a long time, I find this inferior. Also, it doesn’t mix as easily as my preferred brand.

the non fat milk is fantastic, taste the same as store milk saves going out just for milk and being concerned about the virus. I switched and stay at home. milk is always here just mix it up. but please the zip-lock bag sucks. really hard for me to get the zip lock to stick together. the zip lock needs to be improved.
