The box was leaking sugar. Once opened, we found some empty packets. Turns out there are hundreds of packets not sealed. The crimp process didn’t work. If these were for myself, I’d have thrown it all away by now. Since it’s for my church coffee bar and I don’t want to waste money, I’ve spent hours combing through the box for good ones, and I’m probably only half way finished. So disappointed.

About half of the packets were not sealed correctly so sugar had leaked out all in the box.

This is a great price compared to buying 20 100 count boxes of dominos sugar from the other store owned by the same company it will save me over $40 just on this one item. It's the same amount of sugar per packet. My husband thought it was less but I have a kitchen scale they are the same amount the paper packet is just made out of thinner paper and will give you the impression that it is lighter. I'm using these in my home not a business they will last years. I'm tired in the mornings but also an extremely short female so I have to watch my calories so it's just so many easier for me to use a sugar packet then to measure out the sugar.

Half the packets weren't sealed so nearly half the packs were empty and the bottom of the box full of loose sugar

the only issue i have is that you get packets that are not properly sealed so you get a mess of sugar everywhere. it would be nice if they were to put a bag liner in the box to prevent messes. other than that its the best sugar for the price.

I ordered two boxes and both had half if not more of the packets opened.
