When I was opening the box that came with sugar and other items sugar was everywhere...

I called customer service and they sent me two additional packages of sugar and the SAME THING! You can see the corner of some packets are not sealed and sugar just dumps out of the packets. Not sure if I should buy again unless this is fixed!!!

We use these sugar packs in our café. Found there is less in eack packet than other well known brands, so people use more. Also, there are always empty packets in the box. Never counted to see if there are 2,000 count total, but overall a good value for our needs.
