Wish this item could be purchased in store but the price is great. Shipping not so much. Used for condiments when feeding the homeless every other week.

We use these sugar packs in our café. Found there is less in eack packet than other well known brands, so people use more. Also, there are always empty packets in the box. Never counted to see if there are 2,000 count total, but overall a good value for our needs.

Good sugar but box was leaking sugar all over the place which indicates to me that some packets inside the box are defective or busted

The sugar is fine it’s the packaging. The packaging is fair I find to many that are not completely sealed. It’s not the cost of the sugar it’s the mess.

When I was opening the box that came with sugar and other items sugar was everywhere... I called customer service and they sent me two additional packages of sugar and the SAME THING! You can see the corner of some packets are not sealed and sugar just dumps out of the packets. Not sure if I should buy again unless this is fixed!!!

Sugar is sugar so I would get dad a five star however I do not understand the concept that packets of sugar are not sold in the store and I am To buy online and pay for shipping when all of the other condiments coffee or carried in the store. Itt most ridiculous decision I’ve ever seen. Sugar used to be carried in the store as I purchase it for the past 10 years.

Hey Sam’s Club! Why don’t you get your workers to pack stuff better?! Why would they pack this box in such a large oversized box with our jinx dog food?! Both should have been boxed separately! So, the big bag and the heavy sugar rolled around in the box and ripped the dog food while destroying the sugar too. And the box was all banged up and ripped! Great job! That’s sarcasm!!!

Good price for the quantity. But a lot of the packets aren’t sealed so sugar is leaking from the box. Had to go through them all and place in about 6 gallon zipper bags to hopefully prevent ants.

The box was full to the top with packets, but there were a lot of open packets with their sides sliced open and 1-2 cups of sugar in the bottom of the box. Not buying again.
