My dog does well on this food.

Our Greyhounds enjoy this yummy Salmon & Pea grainfree dog food twice each day.

Love this food

Used to use the brand Taste of the Wild Pacific Stream Grain-Free Dry Dog Food and then my dog started to not be interested in the food. He had not eaten dog food for 3 days and I knew he was not sick. Went to Sam's Club and tried this dog food. He loved it! I didn't do a gradual change over since he was not eating anyway and he did not suffer any side effects from the quick change over. WE WILL keep using this dog for!

My dog got a horrible rash, started throwing up & got dehydrated! Put him back on his regular dog food - then tried this food again a month later (yes, this was added a little to his regular food) - only to find him with the same symptoms! It's cost me $ in giving him dog pain meds, rash cream & tons of coconut water to hydrate him. Not fun experience for both of us.

My dogs love this food

I've been buying this dog food for two years now. Overall, it's been an excellent dog food for the money. I do want to offer one caveat. As someone that previously has ran a holistic dog food company, be aware that dog foods with high plant protein such as this one can seriously impact the heart health of some dogs. Just remember that dogs, like humans, are not all the same and some respond differently than others. I have seen, first hand, other dogs actually get heart failure from eating this type of food. I really wish they would move to a salmon and sweet potato formula, but this one has served me well so far. For the money, you can't beat it.

I got this at the advice of my brothers wife about getting a grain free pet food because reseach says that its better for the dogs digestion. The dog seems to like it. She buys the rachel ray stuff which is too expensive for me to handle. Exceed allows me to take better care of my dog and not break the bank.
