This works better for me than Align. For two years, I coughed up mucus when I lay down to rest and in the morning on awakening, a form of acid reflux called LPR. My gastro doctor recommended Align. I took Align for three months but didn't notice much improvement. I saw this at Sams and decided to try it. I've been taking it for about three weeks and I recently noticed I haven't coughed up mucus for some time.

We've used it for a good length of time now and believe it provides us with better health overall. Fewer digestive tract issues since we've been taking it. And the cost difference between it and a "name-brand" is significant in making our choice.

I've bought these several times. Most recently I had a packaged and noticed that they smelled like mildew. I hadn't caught this at first and had taken a few. I am now sick (coincidental, who knows?). This is the second time (different packages, about a year apart) I've come across this issue, with times in between having fine products. It seems there needs to be better quality control as this could land someone in the hospital or worse. I was offered a replacement this time, but no apology, which was disappointing.

I use this 10-strain in combination with the Sam's Club Probiotic+Prebiotic gummies. I added the gummies to my routine because they also contain a prebiotic. The gummies are easy to grab as a sweet little midday snack. I like that the 10-strain is packaged in a daily foil-pack in case I forget whether or not I took them on any given day. Although not mentioned in the instructions, I take the 10-strain with food on a daily basis. Between the 10-strain probiotic from Sam's and the gummies, I've noticed a considerable change in my bathroom habits (for the better). No ill effects whatsoever.

I have taken two other brands of probiotics after having some issues with angular chelitis that was caused by yeast. I had great results and never experienced the problem again. I switched to these since I have IBS and thought maybe they’d help. They gave me horrible side effects like diarrhea and stomach cramping. I’ve never had that happen before from a probiotic. I guess they aren’t for me.

These have not only eliminated my IBS-D symptoms, but they have also improved my immunity. I have type 1 diabetes and a slew of other health problems, and these have been little miracle workers for me. I can't believe they're so inexpensive yet so effective. I'd give 100 stars if I could!

I would not recommend! I have used the five for two years! It is wonderful! By the way they are discontinuing the 5. I bought a years supply. The probiotic ten is to strong for me. I thought more would be better. That is not the case for me! Very strong and cause severe upset stomach. When I found some 5 I did buy a years supply has taken two weeks to calm me tummy down from the other. Plaezzzzze! Write reviews!!!!!!! Bring back the 5! When something is not broke why take it off the market?

These work! I’ve ha Crohn’s disease for 21 years and have taken a number of different Probiotics, I had been taking Align for years and came across these a couple years ago. I took both bottles to my Gastroenterologist and had him take a look at the ingredients and cultures, upon his conclusion he recommended these. I have been taking these since and they work just as well at a fraction of the price. I highly recommend these

I wish I would have listened to the reviews about these probiotics, the ones where people have taken them for a while, I thought all the complaints about stomach issues were bogus, after 2 months I was doubled over in pain and swore I had ulsers , after spending a fortune at the drs with no reason for the severe stomach pain all of a sudden I remembered the reviews, I went back and read them again and they convinced me to stop taking them and see what happens, well after thousands of dollars at the doctors office by the 3rd day I was feeling better, after a week I was back to almost normal . Bottom line, these probiotics are garbage, I have taken probiotics all my life and have never had this happen to me, they should be taken off this site and investigated. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT

As some one with IBS I have struggled with digestive issues for a while. Read up that I might help my symptoms by taking probiotics. This has helped tremendously with my IBS! Do keep in mind everyone is different with their gut bacteria and you might have to experiment around with the different cultures. But my IBS is more under control and a lot of my side effects with IBS are gone completely.
