This is working I needed to help with some health issues that I and dealing with. So far so good. No stomach issues from using it without food.

Individual capsulrs in the plastic bubbles that are so hard topop out. Hate them! Wanted loose capsules...

Love that they are now in a bottle instead of a blister pack. However the bottle was a nightmare to open for my geriatric hands.

For my minimal needs, these "do the job", at a fraction of the price of most name brands. I just hope Sam's doesn't quit carrying them.
