I got severe painful stomach bloating that was waking me up in the middle of the night every night for more than a week. I had to sit up and burp for an entire hour before the gas in my stomach relieved enough for me to go back to sleep. I'm not sure what caused the bloating but I was eating a high fiber high complex carb diet before the bloating and even switching to only rice porridge for all meals did not fix the problem. It only took 2 pills and I already noticed significant reduction of gas. By the 4th pill, the bloating in my stomach completely went away and I could sleep soundly again. I finished one course of it and my digestion has been normal even after not taking them for 2 weeks. I'm saving the other courses in case I get sick again although these probiotics are so cheap I guess it wouldn't be bad to take them all the time.

With probiotics, each person can react differently. This particular one gave me slight fever, chills, nausea, and diarrhea while taking it even after a few weeks. Upon stopping the probiotic or missing a dose, the symptoms were gone. I see that, based on the reviews, this works for most people. Just keep in mind that everybody has a unique microbiome and these may cause you issues similar to what I experienced.

Absolutely terrible product! I have used probiotics for years and decided to give this one a try due to its low cost. I regret that choice and wish I had read through the reviews first. I experienced awful intestinal pain and constipation after using this brand. I had such severe daily pain that I considered going to the doctor to determine what was wrong. I read through the reviews and saw that several people had also experienced similar symptoms. I discontinued using these probiotics and started feeling better within 24 hours. It took several days for my system to return to normal. I have NEVER experienced this problem with other probiotic brands. I do NOT recommend this product and will never use it again.

I used this product after using a much pricier probiotic and had severe diarrhea for 2 weeks straight blaming it on stress until I noticed the blister pack was for 2 weeks and that was the timeframe I'd been using this product. I skipped it one night intentionally to see if my GI issues were resolved and it was so much improved that I know it was due to this. It pains me to say it, but sometimes it's worth spending the money.

I have tried several probiotics because of my IBS-D. The gummy probiotics (not this brand) taste horrific and I couldn’t get through a bottle so I tried these because they were on sale. These have helped me tremendously. I take them before bed so they don’t upset my stomach and I have had absolutely no problems. They take a few days to get used to just like any medicine.

My husband and I have been taking these for about a year or little longer. They used to be great in helping with digestion. The last two boxes I have bought is as if we don’t even take them. Not sure if our systems have grown ‘immune’ to these or if they’ve changed the ingredients.

I love this product and I use it consistently with good results. What bothers me is that they have six small cards of capsules and one large box that could hold three times that many. It is a waste of packaging and seems unnecessary to me. Will still buy the product but am frustrated at the waste in packaging.

I’m very particular & a perfectionist & I compared this to Nature Made. Nature Made has 8 billion probiotic & this product has 10 million probiotic “good bacteria for gut” It also has 6 individual inserts with thelrobitiotics labeled WEEK 1 & WEEK 2 & has days of week listed above pills.

I was bloated and gassy all the time regardless of my food choices or how healthy I ate... Today I started my second week - not bloated and not gassy anymore !!! I think it started working the very next day. I am very satisfied not only with quality of this product but results and price as well.

I took 1 pill every morning after wake up with 1/2 cup of warm water. Count until today is 12 days. Before I took this Probiotic, I have cough and a lot of mucus between the nose system to bronchi. I took a lot of kinds medicine for allergy, coughing, antibiotic, prednisone, and acid reducer combine together. At the day I finish antibiotic and prednisone, I saw the thing out is black and I guess may I have bleeding inside digesty system. I read the questions and answers on google about probiotics, then I began to buy one for me. Sam's branch name is the cheapest. I thought if it won't help then I will through away and come back to see my family doctor. The result came unbelievable. I don't have cough and short breath most 12 days! 12 days no need to take acid reducer. Amazing to me! I don't know in the future this probiotic will continue helping me or not after I try to stop take the doctor medicine. Since the day my body have probiotic, I can sleep without any cough, I can come back to eat normal food and don't be scare the food make me cough! I feel very lucky within 12 days with this probiotic. Life without cough and allergy is so good! Life without constipation is so good too! ( sometimes, my things doesn't come out completely!)
