I like that you only have to take one because its hard for me to take pills. The pill is a decent size and easy to swallow. No weird smell or anything. Ive been taking them for 3 weeks and I do notice a change in my gut health

Since ALIGN is pretty expensive, my doctor told me generic is just as good. I'm only into about five pills now , so we'll see. I don't see any different so far.

I take this daily and have been doing this for 18months. It really works especially since I became lactose intolerant. When I accidentally consume dairy it keeps my stomach together. And just in general helps me stay regular.

This is the only probiotic I have used, so I really can’t compare it to Align or some of the others. It seems to work for me. I have been using it probably for about three year now.

this is a re order,i have been using this product for years to calm my stomach, also i believe with it helps me with other health issues, i would recommend to anyone having diarrhea and other stomach issues in the future!

Wow this probiotic is great! Helps a lot with bloating I usually take it after my meal and it helps me feel good no bloating no gas takes it all out if you know what I mean
