The capsule is very big compared to ones I normally would take. I’m not a fan of them being that large. They also have an after taste if you don’t swallow it quickly enough! The first few days of taking them, my stomach didn’t feel great but after that it didn’t bother my stomach.

Very large capsule

I have used members mark probiotics for a few years now, I feel they have helped me the most out of the 3 different probiotics that I have tried over the years.   The old package of members mark probiotics were in blister packs, which wasn’t really convenient, because it took up a lot of space in my medicine cabinet, the new container holds all the pills in a smaller container, which makes me very happy.  I will continue using these probiotics for years to come.
