Equivalent to Align, which was recommended by my doctor, and much more cost effective for something I need to take on a daily basis.

Do not buy!

I took these for 3 days, and it gave me horrible stomach cramps and diarrhea. I have never had this issue with a probiotic before. Do not buy!

Hi Mimi13, we are sorry to hear that you have experienced stomach cramps and diarrhea when first using Member’s Mark 10 Strain Probiotic. When starting a new probiotic product with a high number of Viable cells one may want to consult with a physician to see if starting off with a dose every other day for the first week may help the body acclimate, lessening these types of effects.
