It feels weird to brag about pooping, but thanks to these little pills I am pooping like a champ! I've had serious bowel movement issues for the last 3 years and this has turned it around. Worth every penny!

I bought this probiotic recently. Later on the first day I had digestive issues. By day three, the GI issues continued and I had developed a rash on my face. I've stopped taking these capsules and will look for another brand.
