IT WORKS EXCEPTIONALLY WELL. I PREFER THIS OVER YOGURT SINCE I DON'T LIKE THE TASTE OF YOGURT. PLUS YOGURT TENDS TO HAVE ALOT OF SUGAR. A brand name was prescribed, but I felt it was too expensive. Another doctor told me to take a probiotic that has at least 10 strains. I found Members Mark brand. He says it’s a good one. Been taking it since. I am managing my illness much better now and will continue with it.

My doctor told me to use align before and I did and it helped with some GI symptoms I had. I decided to try this brands because it’s cheaper. Whenever I take one, the whole next day/couple days I have intestinal cramping, discomfort, and extreme bloating. I also feel slightly feverish. I stopped taking them and felt better. I started taking them again and had the same symptoms. I don’t know if you have to take them for a long time to get used to them or something, but I never had any problems with taking Align

First time I took this probiotic, in the morning, I felt bloated during the day. I then followed one of the reviewer and started taking it in the evening. I didn't felt bloated during the day. I can even even eat dairy during the day and I won't get an upset stomach. I'm lactose intolerant so this probiotic is working well for me. I switched from a different brand. This one works just as well. Thanks for all the reviewers.
