I ordered two sets of this oil on a pick up order in which they charged me for but I did not receive. I have called Sams customer service rwice and was given the run around both times. The first time I was promised a refund in which I did not receive. The second time the customer service person hung up on me and did not call back. I have been a Sam's member for over 20 years but it's time for a change.

While the oil is decent, pouring oil from the bottle is a disaster waiting to happen. To use this, one will have to pour this into a more sturdier bottle. I knew what was about to happen when I tried to pour out a cup but I did it anyway. If you try to pour what you need from the bottle, no matter how gently you squeeze to pour, the bottle is so flimsy that it collapses in your hands as you pour and squirts out. So cooks, beware. Use a funnel and pour it into your favorite sturdy bottle for your kitchen use.

This oil tastes better than vegetable oil from sams. It is a good value for the amount you get. The container plastic is very thin but if your not planning on dropping it, it wont make a difference. The oil itself is very good for frying and doesnt leave a flavor. We have done chicken without proble and it keeps the chicken flavor sealed inside.

Canola oil is a kitchen staple in many households. The quantity for the price represents a good value. One noteworthy caveat is the built in handle on the bottle is not as well designed as it could be. This indentation is not effective in making this large quantity of oil easy to wield. I transfer some to a smaller bottle for dispensing, but with a minor modification to the product packaging this would not be necessary.

dark, thick as syrup, and bitter, are the best adjectives I can think of, this oil is awful compared to the Wesson brand.Almost like it was refined from old restaurant collection bins. This oil also had a strong smell that was quite off setting, kinda like old frying oil.
