I've been wanting to try these and I finally did. I was not disappointed. I'm going to say these are chuck roast chunks. They're too big to chew a whole piece but it's easy to find the grain and peel off a section with your teeth that's chewable. These will be great for a snack to take away hunger but you're not ready to eat a big meal.

I've been back and forth in deciding to buy this. I usually get the Jack Links Extra Tender, and this one compares! It is tender, tasty, and is not dry. I like it so much. I wish they'd make it into a pound bag. This is now going to be my favorite brand!

I have always found Member's Mark products to be as good or better than name brand. This is no exception. The cuts are far softer than Jerky. That makes them easier to chew and digest. I have always had a problem with Jerky getting stuck in my teeth. Not a problem with these cuts. They do have a Teriyaki flavor even though it isn't mentioned on the front of the bag.

I've always been disappointed by the brand name beef jerky out there like "Jacks links" and such. They're usually soft, thin, and they have very little chew to them and they're expensive. These are amazing! They're thick and have a good chew to them. The flavor is simple and smoky. It's everything I want in store-bought jerky and to top it all off, it's easily half the price of the competitors. It's nearly a whole pound of meat. I've told all my friends and family about it.

After a few weeks i tried a piece of this stuff and it tasted funky. Been giving to my dog as a treat every day for a while. Little did i know that it says "refrigerate after opening or eat within 3 days. I always thought jerky did not need to be refrigerated so evidently this is not jerky.

I went on a road trip and found some amazing Cattleman Jerky. I was thinking that this jerky would compare....ABSOLUTELY not...it's hard, looks compressed, taste-less, and rubbery. I feel that is is not real steak it even looks fake!! I would have taken it back but i ended up getting too busy and forgot about it on the top of fridge. Never again!!!

Great product, alway enjoy quality and flavor of these, order these whenever Sam's has a special deal or even when they don't. Can't go wrong with quality and quantity. Enjoy the free shipping. Plus Membership has its advantages, however, shipping to my home not so much because of how the mishandled boxes end up being tossed around like a NBA player making a jump shot. I've never seen this before from other delivery services. Now I'm wondering why this is allowed by Sam's.. A billion dollar operation is getting crushed (pun intended) because of the mishandled, damaged, shipping issues. Many comments are about dented cans, leaking jars, broken seal, etc.. Now if I order something I have to worry about the full court "toss" and damaged contents. You can do better "Sam".. ..Shop till ya drop.. enjoy..

Love this jerky!! I've gotten the Slim Jim's and the other expensive bags of jerky from Sam's and I'm picky when it comes to jerky. I don't like to chew chew chew and possibly chew some more. I want a good flavor and hardly any, or no gristle! This jerky is great. My whole family is enjoying it, and I'm having to buy a couple more bags. I hope Sam's keeps this around!!!

I call these my Beggin' Strips.....Visually, looks like something you'd give a dog. Good, cheap protein with adequate flavoring/texture. That being said, thin-sliced beef jerky is irrefutably better tasting, but I continue to buy this because it's cheaper, and it's good enough to meet my needs.

This is a more interesting jerky than Jack Link's. It's a bit tougher to chew, yet it has a nice pepper flavor and actually has so much sauce on it that if you have a dry piece, there's extra sauce at the bottom of the bag you could potentially dip it in.
