I found the flavor comparable to the Jack Links that I normally buy. I actually liked the cuts better. Instead of wide thin strips these pieces are maybe half as wide, but they are much thicker. I expected them to be tougher. I was pleasantly surprised when it was more tender.

These beef jerky strips are a real winner!! They are very tasty and made with quality ingredients. For me, the real win is that there isn’t any msg (monosodium glutamate) in them at all. I have extreme sensitivity to msg and it’s rare to find a good savory snack that doesn’t have msg. I truly appreciate Sam’s for providing a good quality and affordable priced snack.

This is really great tasting and kind of addicting. One thing I found unusual about this is that it’s recommended to keep in the refrigerator after opening. Which is I don’t know if it’s necessary obviously, if you wanted to go camping, you would have to keep it in a cooler. I will just say that taste great.

My husband likes these better than the other brands he has tried, and he has tried soooo many. He enjoys the thickness and the cut of these strips, as they are perfect according to him. The flavor profile (to him) seems bbq like, but in a mild way. The texture is great, it's not mushy/pressed meat, the flavor is fantastic, great source of protein and it is fairly priced. We do store it in the frig once opened, as suggested.

These are my favorite go to for an on the go pick me up. Nice texture, good tasting, not salty and easy to chew.

My absolute favorite snack. I’m a bus driver, and don’t get many breaks. I cut these into bite size pieces and can then eat them while driving. The perfect snack to ward off hunger.

Naturally delicious - no fake smoke flavor. And the thickness of the pieces makes it more like enjoying leftovers from your bbq, than something that came out of a bag.

This has become one of our most favorite snacks. It actually taste like beef, without too much added spices and take the flavor away. It is fresh and chewy without being dry and hard.

My husband loves these. He would eat a whole bag in one sitting if I let him. I buy several bags and hide them. Otherwise he would eat them all in 2 days. He does start looking for them if I’m not home. 😂. Oh my gosh. I just told him what I wrote and I just told me he found them in my craft room closet. Grrrrr. He’s such a brat.

Great tasting jerky, but bags are inconsistent on texture. Bought 2 last time at Sam’s, 1 was great tasting and easy to eat. The second one was tough and not so good.
