These are an aid to help quit, they won't magicly make you want to decide to stop smoking but they do help. Secondly, they have a good mint taste and do not have anything negative to say. Picture: throw your lighters away !!

So this is a great tool to help me stop and not start back. Its a round pill that is not to big which makes it easy to take. I received a large pack so i will be able to use these as much as i need to. I am suprised of the taste and how easy it is to use.I am confident that these will be a great tool for me and to being smoke free.And more importantly to stay smoke free.

I like the idea of them being something other than fun to help stop smoking. The only thing that is a downfall to this product is waiting 15 minutes before or after eating to use. I definitely recommend for those looking at alternatives to smoking.

My step dad tried them and he said they were effective so hopefully he will have good use for them. I did keep the nice water bottle it came with and it comes with great resources on quitting smoking.

I am not personally a smoker but I gave it to a friend and she followed all instructions and has not smoked since starting, which is amazing! She said they taste good and really help with cravings. I highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They first time I used this product, I got really nauseated. I don’t feel that it really helped any cravings. I think I have a problem with the hand to mouth action more than the nicotine itself. Doesn’t hurt to try though
