The taste is actually not that bad, it's a mild mint flavor. They do help a little with not getting that withdrawal type feeling from not smoking. As far as the hand to mouth like smoking a cigarette, is still missing. The only thing I don't like about the product is you have to let the mint dissolve on your tongue for twenty minutes and they advise you not to swallow.

I'm patch free now, and these nrt mints came in very handy! Immediate relief. Great to take the edge off and remain smoke free. I was surprised at the size of the mints. I thought they'd be smaller. They worked out great though. Much appreciated.

Its HARD! so far with these lozenges it has helped cut down the craving but also leaves a weird tingly feeling as well! I would recommend to family and friends as I know going cold Turkey isnt for everyone.

If I am in dire need of nicotine, I just pop one tablet in my mouth and relax. If you're a smoker or a vape person these really help for a quick fix! Definitely Recommended!

The first 2 days I completely stopped smoking because the taste was awful so it worked. After I finished I started the craving again. I would start this product again.

I guess they did help me (temporarily) stop smoking in the sense that I was too nauseated to get out of bed in order to go smoke. I won’t be buying these in the future because, at least for me, they just make me sick to my stomach.
