I decided to use these 2mg nicotine lozenges to try and help me quit once and for all. I have to say that these are really taking the edge off my cravings, which is the hardest part. I use 1 lozenge every 2 hours and it really helps keep my cravings at bay. I will continue to use these as needed to help me quit once and for all!

They are extremely convenient to have and carry with me when i get that craving. They have a good taste with the mint. Have definitely kicked off my New Years smoke free!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Packaging is great.Each individual tube is easy to carry with you. The mint taste could have been a bit stronger. I found that the tobacco overpowered the mint and caused a burning sensation inside my mouth that I just could not handle. I thought oh I'll get used to it after the first few, but it burnt each time and made my stomach upset and nauseous. Even though it did not work for me I would still recommend to friends and family who want to stop smoking..

I’ll be the first to admit smoking is one habit that is hard to break! Anyhow they come in a pack of 8 containers. They are perfect to carry with you while you are out in the car or going to work. They have a twist on tube. Have a nice mint flavor that helped. Getting over the mental part is really hard. But sticking with this formula and going by what the directions say can help you cut the cigarettes out.

I guess they did help me (temporarily) stop smoking in the sense that I was too nauseated to get out of bed in order to go smoke. I won’t be buying these in the future because, at least for me, they just make me sick to my stomach.

These are an aid to help quit, they won't magicly make you want to decide to stop smoking but they do help. Secondly, they have a good mint taste and do not have anything negative to say. Picture: throw your lighters away !!

I like the idea of them being something other than fun to help stop smoking. The only thing that is a downfall to this product is waiting 15 minutes before or after eating to use. I definitely recommend for those looking at alternatives to smoking.

I'm patch free now, and these nrt mints came in very handy! Immediate relief. Great to take the edge off and remain smoke free. I was surprised at the size of the mints. I thought they'd be smaller. They worked out great though. Much appreciated.
