My step dad tried them and he said they were effective so hopefully he will have good use for them. I did keep the nice water bottle it came with and it comes with great resources on quitting smoking.

These helped me quit smoking. I love the slight mint taste because I smoked a menthol cigarette. They stop the cravings and help with mood swings. The reason I am giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because many of the tablets are broke or crushed. The packaging needs improvement.

Definitely does the trick. I feel like these lozenges last longer than the name brands as well. I like the size of the containers as well. They fit super easily in my purse or my pocket.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Packaging is great.Each individual tube is easy to carry with you. The mint taste could have been a bit stronger. I found that the tobacco overpowered the mint and caused a burning sensation inside my mouth that I just could not handle. I thought oh I'll get used to it after the first few, but it burnt each time and made my stomach upset and nauseous. Even though it did not work for me I would still recommend to friends and family who want to stop smoking..

I started and the taste/flavor isn’t the worst. I had a bunch of personal problems arise that made it hard to quit. These have deterred me from smoking so much, so it’s a start. I plan on setting a date and follow through with it. I’ll try and update. I will say from what I’ve taken if you actually dedicate to them, try, and are in the correct mindset to quit, these will help!! Facial cancer runs in my family so, I need to quit. She found herself using a lot of lozenges the first couple of days to help with her cravings (she was a pack a day smoker). After using this product for just one week she found herself rarely using the lozenges and having fewer cravings for cigarettes. Definitely a great product to help quit smoking!
