Was forced to purchase since they removed my Copper Moon Sumatra Whole Bean at my local Sams. Tried making a second pot, thinking I had ground it too fine or something. Absolutely horrible. RETURNED THE REST OF THE BAG! Thank goodness for Sams money back guarantee.

My wife and I enjoy freshly ground, full bodied coffee in the mornings and this is among the best we've bought over the years. It is smooth with no bitter after-taste and is definitely worth getting out of bed for. Sam's often changes up its brands but I hope they keep this one in stock for a good long time.

This coffee is absolutely excellent if you like a dark, robust French Roast. Extremely smooth. And not acidic. I can drink this all day, as much as I want and not feel it. As soon as I switch to any of the major brands, I feel it in my stomach. Great flavor.

My husband and I absolutely LOVE the Chef Daily French Roast Whole Bean coffee! I also buy the KCups for an individual afternoon cup.... It's not carried in my local store so we drive across town (Charlotte, NC) to get it. Keep carrying it...PLEASE!

Very "respectable" flavor and aroma, if you like Starbucks French Roast, you'll surely enjoy this coffee. The beans are fresh and have that nice oily look to them...that right there says fresh! Daily Chef Coffee French Roast Fair Trade Certified, Whole Bean (40 oz.) is NOT exactly Starbucks, but it is every bit as enjoyable in it's own right, and I buy 1-2 bags every trip to Sam's! So glad we decided to give this one a try!
