This has to be the worse rice I've ever eaten. It doesn't cook right and doesn't good. My Asian wife said it tastes like cheap rice from the Philippines. Usually buy jasmine or basmati thought we would try this but it was a mistake. The rice is dirty have found husk and other dark items. Probably will be returning the remainder of it for a refund. Will go back to jasmine or basmati.

From the beginning, the bugs have been popping up when we use the rice. We use a few gallons of running water to clear them out. We don’t normally complain but this has just gotten unbearable, unacceptable, and embarrassing for Sam’s Club. There is a major issue with quality control because this is the second bag of rice that I have bought and it is full of bugs. We’re going to return the bag because it’s not right that we have to tolerate this. For whatever reason, it will not allow me to load any pictures.

The taste of the rice is not good as other chinese brand. Also May need additional rinsing for rice cookers.

If I could have given this rice 0 stars, I would. This is absolutely horrible quality rice. Different length grains like other reviewers commented, black pieces/sediment like pieces throughout just 1 1/2 cups of rice. Tried to pick it out. Rinse off my rice like I always do because I needed it the night it came in. Always put extra liquid in my rice and it STILL came out hard like the rice was mostly uncooked after almost TWENTY minutes of boiling. And no. Not burnt. HARD like the rice is heat resistant plastic. Never regretted a purchase more quickly or thoroughly in my life. My child who LOVES rice refused to even finish the little bit she was given.

It feels like they put in 10% of old, hard, expired rice that never softens mixed in with fresh rice. After making a 35 minute rice pudding it should be soft, but it's not... Let's be honest and throw out the old rice and compost it instead of making our desserts and dinners miserable, especially when it is in bulk. I will never buy again.

As a Puerto Rican I am very picky about my rice brand, a friend insisted I try this brand and man was she rite. I spend less for more and still get great tasting yellow rice and peas with it. My customers love it too.

It's plain ordinary rice like others but would lovef better if it's jasmine rice, which has very nice aromatic flavor when cooked. PLEASE bring back your "Member's Mark Jasmine Rice which is Thai Fragrant Long Grain Rice"!!!

This rice used to be good. But the last 3 times I’ve bought it, the quality had gone down the drain. There are so many rocks %26 stuff in it. I had to throw away one of the bags.
