This is a nice, clean, consistent quality white rice. I mix it with many other varieties such as black, red and brown rice. This results in a nice texture and this white rice is very good at reflecting whatever is added to the finished rice. Note that a pressure cooker is needed if mixing white with the darker rices since they otherwise cook at different rates. A very good value in this quantity.

Very inexpensive! I needed a lot of rice because I used the rice as an enrichment item for my ferrets to dig in. They loved it! Only complaint is that this rice has a lot of rice powder in it… my ferrets came out of the box all white.

lots of small broken pieces, more than claimed 4%. need to add extra quarter cup water to steam for a sorry of fluff. BUT it's good to fry and make Mexican rice. fluffed real good. wonder if it's the starch cuz when steaming we rinse it. it just felt it was made for feed so I returned it. can't keep remembering to add bit more water. like was it premature harvested? well good for price and edible

While the quality of the rice itself is fine, all the extra husks, purple rice, and miscellaneous junk I have to pull out while washing makes this long grain not recommendable. A batch of porridge I made came out discolored after washing the rice 4 times. Other brands wash clear after 3 washes. I would not recommend this rice unless you want to try to save money by waste time and wasting water.

I bought this about 2 weeks ago & I'm disappointed that it's not as good as the ad claims; it's more glutinous than the ad would have you believe. On account of it's cheap price, I won't complain. If you're averse to rice that marsh together when cooked, this is not the product for you

this my 1st time give this band a try. the cook rice taste fair but does anyone eles found so many black rock in the rice bag. as im searching through the batch it also contain yellow bean too. i can tolerate the yellow beans but rocks ?

This rice was not long grain. It was broken in very small pieces, rice. The pieces were smaller than the Calrose rice grains. The grains of rice were so small that when it cooked, it looked like mush and in case you're wondering. I didn't put too much water, The product was not as described. In my humble opinion. This was rice scraps/2nd's/ crumbs/ thrown away & / or filler for animal food products, not for humans. I would not buy it again.

Worst quality rice ever. I have no idea where the good reviews come from. This rice is terrible. Lots of broken pieces is like its a combination of grains short, medium and long. Will never buy again.

We bought it becausd we normally buy jasmine rice and it is always so good but double the price, so we thought since we used to use long grain rice and it is the same members mark brand as the jasmine rice we normally buy that we could give it a chance. Boy what a waste of money!! That rice was sooooo dirty, so so so so so dirty, it even had pebles in it so you really really had to take your time to go through it whenever you were going to cook it and it didn't matter how good you washed it it would still taste a bit like dirt after cooking it when plain white. Also it takes soooo long to cook. I don't like to waste food, but we literally ended up getting rid of it and going back to our member's mark jasmine rice which haven't failed us

Ordered 80 bags (business). 78 intact and fine. 2 opened with spilled contents. OK...no big deal. I'll call customer service. 3 calls and 9 emails later...customer service ghosted me with no responses. So...OK....2 bags. what if I had only ordered two bags. Customer service was terrible.
