I purchased the 2 lb pecan halves & they are great. The other reviews day they are stale. Mine are not stale at all. They taste much better than other brand pecans I have purchased at the grocery store. I plan to purchase a few more bags for Christmas baking. You can't beat the price.

I bought these for my holiday baking sales, and these pecans were disappointing from the moment I opened the bag - dark, almost mushy pecans. Not at all crisp and fresh like I am used to using in my baked goods. Next time I will check the reviews before purchasing, because these are downright AWFUL!!

Just by chance I weighed a bag of the Member's Mark Fancy Pecan Halves and discovered that the bag was 2.5 oz short of 32 oz. Hum.... I then weighed 5 more bags and discovered they too averaged 2.5 oz less than advertised. I figure since I bought 12 bags for Christmas nut gifts I am owed a free bag. DISAPPOINTED!!!

Like some others who have left good reviews seems it is surprising that these pecans are ever good but we go through about 1 bag a month and have not had a problem. They are nothing extraordinary but definitely tasty and not dry at all. We store ours in the freezer to keep fresh and usually roast or use them in baking stuff. These are half the price elsewhere so the value is very good. I would recommend you give them a shot and see for yourself if they are good or not. Sams is very good about refunds if they turn out not to your liking.

What I got was a bag of different aged pecans. Out of a handful , 15, 5 are old dried stale pecans. There is no other way than this is on purpose to get rid of old pecans. Will not buy again. I did not want to buy old stale pecans. Stay away .Expires 10/29/25.

Sometimes these pecans are pretty good and sometimes they are really bad. Nobody can tell me that who ever are packaging these pecans doesn't notice all those dried out pecans that are black, blue and sometimes green and smelling like mildew. No you can't tell me you don't know because you do, you just don't care because if you cared you would do better and now that you know I hope your pecans get better you all should be ashamed of yourselves taking peoples money and giving them your junk money is hard to come by and if it was easy to come by I don't like wasting what is mines. PEOPLE DO BETTER

This company blends several pecan growers of pecans without checking the quality for 3 quarters of any bag, which is NOT good! The halves of the pecans are actually broken pecan pieces. Then, there's the taste of the pecans and the actual appearance of the pecans. Most of the pecans are "A quality", instead of AAA, or 1st quality, and the entire bag of pecans that should not be sold as good quality, period! Last, there's tiny sizes pecans, little sizes pecans, a lot of bits and pieces, and finally, a few WHOLE-HALF sizes pecans as the bag states, "pecan halves", not by a long shot! This is false advertising and a bad, bad product, at appx. $6 a pound. As a Baker, I am not satisfied with this product period! But, you get what you pay for here!, broken pieces of pecans, not whole pecans!

I purchased 2 bags and they're both full of bad pieces. For every quarter cup, i'm pulling out 5-6 bad pieces. The big Great Value bags at Walmart are way better. May only have 5-6 bad pieces in that whole bag - and they taste better. For now, i'm just sifting through these 2 bags to use them up in baking because they're no good for snacking.

These pecans have a lot more rotted out, black, rancid-tasting pieces than usual. I've bought several bags of this brand at different times; they're always the same. I have to pick through them to remove the off-tasting, slightly blackened, softened pecans, which effectively cancels out the cost savings. From now on I'm will stick with other brands, even if they cost more.

I just purchase this product, Member's Mark pecans, and they looked dried up and the taste was not as good. I always buy pecans at Sam's because I bake but I liked the other ones I used to buy. I purchased two bag but had to take them back. Hope you bring the others back.
