The thick lining in the diapers is well made and last a long time so i dont have to worry about leaks and messes love this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fits well, when put in place, and seems to stay in place. And is more comfortable to wear, than adult diapers. It seems to be very absorbent. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is it is a little bulky.

He goes out of town often for work, and often times the only places to stop along the way, are places no one would want to stop! So he decided to try the Guards, just in case he had an accident along the way. He said they were very comfortable and absorbent for the little leaks that he "might" have had in between his stops along the way. In fact, so absorbent, he never had to change any of his clothing. Now, he never leaves home without one or two....just in case.

They difinitely do a good job absorbing moisture and he leaves them in for quite a long while. He uses them mostly for leakage as he is able to use the bathroom when he needs to go completely. I would say the only complaint is that they don't stay in place as well as i had hoped. He has lost a good amount of weight lately so his briefs don't fit as snuggly as they use to so the pads have plenty of room to shift around. It seems to me that we need to go underwear shopping. With proper undergarments I would assume there wouldn't be any issues at all.

I’ve only worn them during working hours, and not during heavy physical activity. I haven’t tested the absorbency as of yet, but they are well made and appear to be highly absorbent.

They stay in place and give me complete confidence when going places. The initial feeling was a little hard to get used to, but eventually I did. They work and are comfortable.
