I am a woman & in my opinion women's pads are made wrong. They are too long and narrow at the front. Women's pads should be made like the men's guards. These are wonderful, so very absorbent. The pad never feels wet, which is wonderful. HOORAY! HOORAY! HOORAY!

These guards over a little extra protection from leaks. I think they may be a bit uncomfortable because they are so thick and perhaps a bit to wide fortunately we don't need them 24-7. For the price and ability to buy in larger quantities I have not found anything better.

I used to use the Depends liners for about 2 years and theybdid well. i was about to reorder those until I checked the reviews. Apparently they changed shape and thickness. Now it was all 1 star reviews and universal complaints of significant leakage. i just got my order of these Members Mark pads and have used them for 2 days. They are excellent. Even better than the original Depends. Any leakage is concentrated in a tight spot. The Depend used to spread into the whole pad and the pad got creased and uncomfortable. These pads stay comfortable even when wet. They are also cheaper than the Depends. I'm glad i found these. They make me feel more secure and comfortable.

My husband loves these! He puts them inside his disposable briefs and then can often just change out the guard and not need to change his briefs as much.

I can get generic guards through my health insurance for free but they are not very good so, I prefer to purchase the Member's Mark guards and pay out of pocket. The Member's Mark guards are excellent quality and reasonably priced. They are contoured to fit well and stay in place and are super absorbent.

The "new" guards work good! They SEEM to hold more and SEEM to keep "moisture" away from the skin better. It looks like they also modified the adhesive "pattern"... but still holds securely to underwear. The only reason for not giving them a 5-star rating is the shape. They - and other guards as well - seem to make the shape "long". A man's "leakage" is mostly up high and IN FRONT. I would prefer something with a more "triangular" shape... like TENA pads/guards. But they (TENA) are VERY expensive... especially when going through 3-5 pads a day... :-(

I am on the third package mainly because of the small package size and so far I am fairly satisfied with them. They are not the newer style with the double layer protection that is supposed to absorb more although they seem to last about the same amount of time. I would like to see them offered in larger packages.

Sadly during shipping, the items were not packaged properly and the packaging tape ended up catching one of the bags and tore into it while I opened the box. I like the product, but it could be a bit shorter to avoid being pinched by the inner thighs and a bit wider on the sides. They hold on very well, but the measurements they use, is including the shell and not just the padding. The 2 lines of adhesive is a nice touch compared to the single centered ones like other brands.

So, I bought these because Walmart went up on the Assurance Men's Guards. I just decided to give these a try. They are advertised as an 84 ct package. They arrived in boxes loaded with 14 ct bags instead of the 84 ct advertised. They are a little more absorbent than the Assurance brand but do not perform as well against side leaks. They feel a little cardboardy when you take them out of the bag. Not as soft as Assurance but hold more. Just beware of the side leak issue!

These pads are no better than the cheapies that Depends and the others, EXCEPT Tena brand have become. Odor protection is limited to the blue areas. Anything outside of that area will smell badly by the end of the day. Plus they dont have the protection area of the Tenas so they will leak. The great reviews must have been from an earlier designs. Why Sam's club would sell something like this and attach their own label to it is beyond me. Trust me...get the Tena brand.
