As the product states, it is positively super absorbent and keeps the skin dry. I’ve also not noticed any aggravation to the skin in that area as these really help the skin stay dry and comfortable. This is a product that, when appropriate, I would recommend to my friends and family.

I was able place these in the front of my underwear, after urination I would have problems dripping occasionally a little blood, these did a really good job absorbing any liquid and allowing my outer garmets to stay dry.

I wouldn't recommend this for a complete urine incontinence because it wont hold that much fluid, this is much better for leaks or light incontinence. I will definitely recommend it to others
