I think the absorbency is good also the tabs are good quality although on occasion I have to use some extra tape to reinforce the tabs but that's alright. I think they are soft and they fit perfect.

Then we found these. She said they were almost just like putting on a pair of underwear. She says they are not big and bulky so people can see them under her clothes and the fit is perfect. She is no longer having to change clothes 3 or 4 times a day. This is huge for her because she was having skin breakdown from sitting in the urine because she wouldn't use any type of protection. Now she is using these correctly and we couldn't be happier and so is she. She is starting to have a little self confidence again and will go places again with me which she previously wouldn't do because she was afraid she would have an accident. They are more absorbent then the Members Mark underwear she wears during the day. She loves the tabs on the side so that she can get a more controlled fit. Thy are hypo allergenic so her skin does not break out from wearing them. They are dri-fit and her skin stays dry. They help with odor so they are not smelly in the morning. I will definitely buy more for her when she needs them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received these I thought they looked very big. After trying them on they seemed to fit well though they are kinda bulky. They seem to be for someone whom needs full protection and not for just occasional leakage. I think there needs to be more Velcro put on the closures. They only have 2 little 2 inch stripes and if your moving around at all I wouldn't trust them to stay secure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So we got this for an unconventional reason. Hubby had to travel for a family emergency. But he had to pass a bunch of hot spots. I didn't want him to urinate in a bottle and drive. So I told him he could go all astronaut. We have 2 with dementia and one with cerebral palsy in the house and its just not safe for him to be out much. Plus do you know how few public bathrooms there are right now! East coast to west coast. He isnt happy with me. But they worked and didn't leak on the seats of the car.

I would recommend these as they are absorbent and the sides hold up really well with a little elastic making it comfortable.I use these daily ,it doesn't leave a rash, clean up is easy much better than the tabbed diaper and he doesn't feel like it is a diaper he thinks they are a new protection underwear. they work the sane as the underwear

When I saw the unisex I thought I would give them a try. I am so happy I did. We are not the same size but because theses are adjustable they work great for both of us. Now I can buy just one pack instead of two.
