[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product a few weeks ago and it is perfect for postpartum care. You need something absorbent and well covered while trying to recover and take care of baby. These are perfect and so easy to change. You do not have to take off your pants because it has an adjustable waist. You can tailor just to your size for a nice comfortable fit. They are absorbent and hold quite a bit. I mostly wore them overnight and they did the job perfectly. They are soft and flexible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was soo excited to receive these briefs my great uncle came to visit and these came in handy great for overnight he didn’t need to continuously get up in the middle of the night for bathroom runs noooo he got to sleep through the night and wake up to a dry bed I really recommend for anyone who has issues like his to grab a few bags and be comfortable and relieved.

Sole caregiver for a family member who is a very tiny person and recently had a stroke. The elastic in any diaper bothers her terribly & leaves big red marks. Since I am not able to find the "flat" diapers (old fashioned which do not have any elastic - previously able to get them at Sams several years ago for another family member), these have been the very best I've tried so far. They are a bit more expensive than several others I've tried, but less than other big brands & these are worth it. I do have to cut the elastic out, but these are easy to do that & I have found these to keep the moisture away from her skin much better than any other. The mediums are pretty big for a very tiny (4' 11" 92 or so lb) person, but to keep the moisture away from fragile skin, and having to cut the elastic away, these do a great job. I'm especially glad to have these to use overnight. I'm sure this would not apply for most folks, but I do have to cut the long velcro tab in half to make the diaper fit better - on half straight across & the top half pulled down a bit at an angle to keep it better in place on her little waist. Also, probably won't apply to most, but I appreciate the ability to tear the velcro tab away from the diaper when doing overnight/sound asleep changes - this is so that it doesn't catch on her skin during a change. It is really uncomfortable for tiny people to have to wear something so bulky, but we've managed to make this work well overnight.

I must agree with other reviewers: these were better before. I was happy when I tried the sample and it seemed a bit larger. However I find that they do not sit right no matter how much tugging I do and this results in leakage. Also after fastening I find two long pieces of the materials hanging down over my butt. I have to tuck them in and find it's another place for leaks to happen. Will be ordering the old style now that I know it is available.

I didn’t break any trying to get the perfect fit because they stretch! So they fit perfectly and they are comfortable as well. They also come with the dry fit feature that keeps you feeling comfortable and dry throughout the day when your wet. with these briefs you can be comfortable and, confident about being incontinent!
