I would recommend these as they are absorbent and the sides hold up really well with a little elastic making it comfortable.I use these daily ,it doesn't leave a rash, clean up is easy much better than the tabbed diaper and he doesn't feel like it is a diaper he thinks they are a new protection underwear. they work the sane as the underwear

we have bought members mark total protection unisex briefs-XL for 2 years now for my mother they are good quality (compared to other brands for cost and quality), and we only have the occasion where she goes more then what the breif will hold. for those occasions we buy members mark disposable bed pads which saves on laundry, they also work great and are good value. We have gone through many different brands and these ARE the best bang for your buck. the XL is approx a 12-14 female pant size for those wondering about comparison vs pant size

Sole caregiver for a family member who is a very tiny person and recently had a stroke. The elastic in any diaper bothers her terribly & leaves big red marks. Since I am not able to find the "flat" diapers (old fashioned which do not have any elastic - previously able to get them at Sams several years ago for another family member), these have been the very best I've tried so far. They are a bit more expensive than several others I've tried, but less than other big brands & these are worth it. I do have to cut the elastic out, but these are easy to do that & I have found these to keep the moisture away from her skin much better than any other. The mediums are pretty big for a very tiny (4' 11" 92 or so lb) person, but to keep the moisture away from fragile skin, and having to cut the elastic away, these do a great job. I'm especially glad to have these to use overnight. I'm sure this would not apply for most folks, but I do have to cut the long velcro tab in half to make the diaper fit better - on half straight across & the top half pulled down a bit at an angle to keep it better in place on her little waist. Also, probably won't apply to most, but I appreciate the ability to tear the velcro tab away from the diaper when doing overnight/sound asleep changes - this is so that it doesn't catch on her skin during a change. It is really uncomfortable for tiny people to have to wear something so bulky, but we've managed to make this work well overnight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was soo excited to receive these briefs my great uncle came to visit and these came in handy great for overnight he didn’t need to continuously get up in the middle of the night for bathroom runs noooo he got to sleep through the night and wake up to a dry bed I really recommend for anyone who has issues like his to grab a few bags and be comfortable and relieved.

The tabs are horrible they have changed them.. i have never had so much trouble opening them .. I use these on a 35 year old bed bound man. Please fix . Waste alot because the tabs tear off and will not open very aggravating when you have someone turn on thier side ..

She tried them, nothing that they were a bit larger in size for being unisex but very absorbent. They didn’t irritate her skin like other brands have, but she didn’t like how bulky they felt under her clothes.

I'm happy with the quality and we will be purchasing them again. Using for my mother who has trouble getting to the bathroom in time. Easy to put on and have easy velcro tabs that work for most size medium bodies. Also easy to remove fas if needed.

Having used Member's Mark briefs for my daughter, now 27 years old, for over a decade, I too was a bit bothered by the new tab design a year or so ago. However, we adjusted to it and this is still the best brief on the market that I've seen in terms of reliability, comfort and ease of use. Honestly, as my daughter's primary caregiver I can say these undergarments are a godsend. They are not any sort of plastic that I would recognize, and we can only hope that the ton of them that we send to the landfill annually decomposes better than plastic. It would be great to be told that their production is also generally less environmentally horrible while maintaining their superior integrity. There are tens if not hundreds of thousands of people like us in similar difficult situations who absolutely rely on these mundane unmentionable things for our very freedom. Thank you so much!
