You get what you pay for, absorbency worthless

Members mark has downgraded to cheaper product! The material is thin almost see through! The material is no longer stretchy so that you can have a secure fit. For incontinence it holds very little, if I didn't use extra pad inside it would flood out As it is changing every 2 hours where before it could last at least 4hrs! You get what you pay for! Yes they are at least cheaper but that is not always best. Disappointed in the change

Quality has changed big time

These have changed from good to pathetic. They’ve gotten thin and don’t absorb much. I’ve been using these for 2 years. In the last 3 months I’ve had to change my husband 6 times a day or more to keep him dry. He can’t make it thru the night without soaking everything and that’s laundry and extra work. They are now so thin you can see sunlight thru them. At first i thought he was drinking more liquids. That’s not it. Poor quality

Briefs for men and women

I am so saddened to have received very poor quality of Briefs for men and women. These briefs are so flimsy and do not fit my husband who is in a wheelchair and wears briefs and has been since March 2019. I was using the Adjustable Brief with 48 to a case and suddenly you send me these and if I had more to use of the former ones I would send them back, but they did not come in a regular box only the shipping box and that has never happened before. I am so disgusted I have been using the ones I mentioned above on line and in the store for over a year. Please tell me you are going to stock them again. I took some back to the Big Bend address and they refused to take them back because they were not in the original box and these never came in the original box. I had two probems with this order, one I ordered fabrick softener, and the bottle leaked out a ton of the softener all over the box it was shipped in and I tried to send a picture of the plastic bag with a lot of softener in it but, no one responded to any of the email addresses I sent it too. Its convenient for me to order on line since my husband had the stroke and its not easy for me to shop much.

Size

Used to buy men’s s-M diapers now changed the size it is too small plus you can’t get it online or in store this is very annoying

Good Evening Leela! We offer the Brief product which has the fasteners in unisex sizes and the Underwear product which is a pull up in Gender specific in S/M and L/XL. We upgraded the design of the underwear to fit and feel more like real underwear. I recommend trying the next size up. Please call our customer service line at 888-301-0332. Changed....again

For some reason they have once again changed these diapers. The velcro does not stick and half of the diapers had ripped chassis. Such a waste.

Medium is small not medium

Ok. The Medium size is incorrectly measured. It barely fits a size 48 waist. If you could add 2.5 inches to the adjustable tab that would be wonderful.

Disappointed

We have been buying this diapers for a very long time, and every time they change, has been for a better quality, except this new ones, the tape doesn’t work at all. Hope something will be done about it.

Bring them back to stores

Great diapers at a reasonable price, but seriously why aren't these in store? Paying $10 for shipping is ridiculous when you can get the walmart version shipped for free!

Aweful!!!

These are horrible. Maybe I just don't know how to put them on a person. but they are difficult to fasten, still flimsy and don't hold up well. Feel like pulll ups are easier to put on a person laying in bed than this product. Never again
