I actually preferred two separate tabs on each side which helps them to fit better but they do protect her clothes, furniture and things much better than most I have purchased and I will continue to buy these. Love the free shipping over purchasing them at the store.

I purchased and have them shipped to my house due to their not available in the stores anymore every 2 months. They’re shipped in plain brown cartons now to be cheaper with no handles to hold in your hands. very inconvenient. My mom seems to like them keeping her dry .

This diaper is decent . Tapes aren’t stretchy and the diaper makes more noise when walking and being changed. I use more of these during the day but I don’t mind, the price is what will keep me coming back. Tapes break if you try to go too tight but not a bad diaper for the price. The only off brand diaper my husband thinks is worth having for me.

The XXL adjustable briefs are an excellent lower price alternative to the name brands. They have a roomy fit, good absorption, and the movable fastener tabs hold tightly. Keep in mind that tabbed briefs will rarely form as tight of a seal on the skin as pull-up briefs do. These soak up & hold urine well, but there is still some leakage around the edges, so if you need maximum urine absorption, pull-ups will always be the way to go.

Bought for disable 76 year old woman. Not usual brief adult diaper Sams club usually has in stock. They have tabs on side. Do Not hold diaper place & leaks. This IS NOT a brief. They are tape on diapers. Hope they get the Actual Briefs back in stock. Taking them back. Using one was enough!!!

I think this is a good brief. It's not as good as the TENA ULTRA STRETCH but I'd place it a close second. The sides don't stretch and can easily break off if you're not careful. But for less than the price of the 32 ct TENA you get 48 of these so that's nice. I intend on purchasing them again.

The adult disposable underwear are good for night time since they are wider and longer and keep my elderly mother drier overnight than others worn. They are more absorbent. They have access velcro tabs on the sides for easy removable. A nursing home used these on my mom. The only way we've been able to purchase them is through online ordering. It takes several days to arrive. We will continue to purchase this product in the future.

My daughter recently had a surgery that left her with a spinal cord injury & paralyzed from the waist down. As a result, she has bladder retention & these briefs help tremendously. They’re easy to put on/take off & if she has leaks, they hold quite a bit without leaking out. The price was the best for the bulk amount after I researched quite a bit of other types. Definitely worth the purchase. Will be purchasing more soon.

I find it very hard to stretch the tabs far enough around and not have them tear off completely. I wish the tabs were one inch longer and a little bit thicker. If the tabs start coming lose at all then they start digging into to my leg. I have bought other members mark diapers before and not been very satisfied. I have to where these because of bad vehicle accident. I have found out that if you pee to much it will cause your clothes to get wet and they do hold a good amount of number two if you can't make it to the bathroom on time or you're driving and really can't hold it anymore.

I didn't realize from looking at the picture on the package that you had to be on a bed lying down on top of these and folding them up around you or whom ever you are helping, like a diaper, so they are not at all what I was looking for. I will offer the other 3 packages that came in the box to the Silver Key.
