I think this is a good brief. It's not as good as the TENA ULTRA STRETCH but I'd place it a close second. The sides don't stretch and can easily break off if you're not careful. But for less than the price of the 32 ct TENA you get 48 of these so that's nice. I intend on purchasing them again.

NEED ADULT SIZE SMALL!!

Need SMALL size for adults!! Even the largest child size (1) doesn't have adequate absorbency, and (2) does not fit a smaller male and many females. Because of the immense STRETCH in the elastic of this product, a medium is simply too big for nearly a quarter of the population!!
