We had been buying the XXL briefs even though they were a little too big, it gave room for catheters etc. we liked the long tab to fasten the briefs These have been out of stock now for a few weeks. We had to downsize. The XL does fit, but it's not very forgiving. He has to be positioned just right in order for the brief to fit properly. We can manage that. We do not like that there is 2 tabs to fasten on each side. Why are they different than the xxl ones? With that said, we have tried other briefs and none of them compare to these.

It delivered as promised. Works well for bed ridden patient and easy to put on. Provides good support over night!

The quality of these briefs was below my expectations. I have bought other products and have never been so discontent with a purchase before. The upper part of the brief basically falls apart and it is a struggle for older caregivers.

The item picture is NOT the item you will receive. The briefs you will receive are not absorbent, the tabs don't stick and the sides of the brief rip easily. Very cheaply made. Previously, I purchased this item for over a year and only recently Member's Mark replaced the better quality brief with this cheaply made brief that's a total waste of money!

Please go back to the 4 tab closure (2 on each side) This 4 inch long (one on each side) closure Velcro strip rolls down creating a weird look under my clothes. It creates a girdle (wrap) .effect which makes me uncomfortably hot It completely disconnects with activity other than laying. It costs $2.00 more than the 4 closure tab diaper.

These new ones belong in the trash before they are used. I have to change my grandfather who is bedridden and these leak almost every night. He also has been developing a rash from the new ones. These were amazing diapers before but now the reviews keep going down. I can see why. Please go back to the 4 strip.

I’ve been buying this item for 6 1/2 years and so far this are the worst briefs ever. I’m paralyzed from my rib cage down and to change myself it’s a great battle for me. I don’t have any help and this new type of briefs makes it even more difficult. If you could just offer the old kind that has the yellow stripe I’ll truly appreciate it. I need to buy from you because you have the best price and I don’t have money. For your attention to my concern, thank you.

I bought these for my husband and I as we are both completely incontinent we wanted something that was a little more discreet as we are in our 30s and 20s and these work amazing we haven’t had any leaks or bad smells. I’ll be ordering 3 more cases for the month

I use these diapers for my father. I've tried other brands and they don't hold up as well. Others "fall apart" when they get wet. This one holds up well. Really love the tabs because they can be reused. Unlike other brands that is a one time self sticking type tab. They hold a lot of urine which makes it nice for overnight. Very pleased with these diapers.
