Delicious, and guests have loved it too!! I have even sent some home with theiown bag of mix! Affordable and fun for the kids. So many possibilities and they all smell like heaven- regular pancakes, mixed thin like a crepe, or fill a Ziploc and snip the corner and squeeze into frying oil. Dust with powdered sugar, and you'll have the best summer funnel cake to remind you of the amusement park!

I'm so tired of companies changing what they sell. IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT!!! If you HAVE to change, please explain why to the customers. Either way, I'm not buying this junk again, (dry, too sweet, heavy, family hates it)...I'll shop elsewhere if Sams doesn't bring the Krusteaz 10 lb bag back, we have been buying that for years!! (If you agree, please leave feedback...maybe lots of negatives will make something happen!!)

Talk about genius! This pancake mix is the best invention of them all, to a woman known by her friends for keeping the date waiting for 2 hours while reading a book in the other room, and the food over the stove burning at the same time. Just add water to this mix and cook. Fortunately, the directions on the packet are in English & not Chinese or in laundry symbols like the latest fashion wear that I do not understand.

I use this mix for so many dishes. I don’t just add water though, a little Members Mark Heavy Whipping Cream, vanilla extract, brown sugar and cinnamon and you’ve got delicious and fluffy waffles or pancakes. I even make my own homemade version of Chick-Fil-A nuggets by seasoning some Members Mark boneless skinless chicken breasts with Kinder’s butter seasoning, covering it with milk and letting it marinate overnight. The next day I toss it in this batter and fry it to golden perfection. Delicious!!!

Not sure what’s in it, but when I make too many and put 1 in a glass container it smells so bad the next day. Like it makes my stomach turn and I have to soak the lid and container on baking soda soda and lemon juice for 3 days to get the smell out. I’ve never had that happen with any other pancake mix.

Our favorite pre-made pancake mix is Krusteaz (which our Sam's, sadly, no longer carries). We settled for the Daily Chef pancake mix. It's pretty average. My boys liked it well enough so we stuck with it. Now the local Sam's has replaced the Daily Chef mix with a Maker's Mark version. This Member's Mark stuff is terrible. It seriously smells and tastes like bad cupcake batter. Please go back to the drawing board on your efforts to replace Krusteaz pancake mix with a store label version.

I too was purchasing the “K” brand and when Sam’s stopped carrying it in their clubs I either purchased from another store or just bought another brand. But I was in need of more and while at my local club figured I give this mix a try. Well it’s actually pretty good, can’t say it’s any better than other brands I’ve used, but it certainly isn’t worse. I doctor up the other mixes (cinnamon/vanilla) anyway for more flavor and use seltzer water to make them more fluffy. I didn’t add anything else just used seltzer the first time I made these so I could get how they tasted on their own and like I said they are pretty good. Can’t say why there are negative reviews?

Sorry, but the negative reviews I simply don't understand. Guess they're accustomed to gnawing on bitter pancakes, I suppose. Look, these pancakes come out moist, mildly sweet and have a nice, springy texture that won't crumble apart. That's what a good pancake mix should produce! Well, this buttermilk pancake mix is a fantastic value and incredibly easy to mix and cook with. You nay sayers have simply forgotten about the second syllable is this wonderful breakfast staple. PANCAKE! Powers that be. Please don't listen to those other negative reviews and don't change a thing! This mix blows away Krusteas!

I absolutely love this pancake mix! We usually get a name brand but my husband decided on this since we have a big family %26 I cook breakfast for everyone before school. It’s very affordable which is important %26 actually tastes good. The smell is wonderful %26 sweet. I wasn’t sure about getting it but I’m so glad we did. I don’t have any complaints. I like mine thick so I put a little less water %26 they are wonderful. They are fluffy %26 have a good texture. Very satisfied!

So I've only used this mix for waffles, but I've made a lot of waffles for a lot of different people and only gotten rave reviews. Perhaps there's a difference between the pancake recipe and the waffle recipe, but I can vouch for the waffles. I will keep buying this mix.
