This is a pantry staple in our home. This mix is delicious and super easy to make. My kids love getting up and making pancakes for me. We have made funnel cakes and several other things as well. Great price always and also great for batch cooking and freezing.

This pancake mix is complete and very tasty. This has a malty vanilla taste to it making it standout amongst other brands. I like that it is a large size for a larger family and the bag is resealable. This is great to have on hand when things are tight. You can really use this pancake mix to create many different meal choices!!! Some of the ideas I can think of are a pancake sandwich rollup, Pancakes served with savory gravy or cream sauce elements, Think outside the syrupy pancake idea! Fruit and pancake, add finely chopped veggies add protein powder for a more protein packed pancake. You could use the mix to make a cake or muffin, use as a topping for a fruit cobbler or casserole , a breakfast sausage and egg wrap, Yeah , so many possibilities! I purchased this after the lady demonstrating it put a peanut butter spread on it. It was delicious !!! I purchased some extra to have on hand. Can't say enough great things about this other than it can be served and people love the quality!

This mix produces the most perfect pancakes ever!!! I've tried many scratch recipes and this is far better and easier. I sometimes just mix enough for 1 or 2 pancakes. Tip: don't stir the mix and water too much, just enough get the mix and water combined. Its ok to have some small lumps. If you mix it too much your pancakes will be flat.

Quick, easy, comparable to Krusteaz brand mix maybe even better. I usually add vanilla and or milk to other pancake mixes. You don't have to add anything to this. They are great with just water and a great price!

I'm picky about my pancake mix and we've made waffles with this and it's delicious. I'll never buy "Ain't Yo Mama" again, for the company going woke and because this tastes better.

liked the ease of using the mix but found it came out thick or thin each time. tried to be very careful with the amount of dry to liquid. still they were good
