Buttermilk pancake mix is always good, especially when making banana waffles with it.

I'm picky about my pancake mix and we've made waffles with this and it's delicious. I'll never buy "Ain't Yo Mama" again, for the company going woke and because this tastes better.

Very similar to Krusteaz. A very good value. Can be a little thin if you use the suggested measurements so maybe start with a little dryer mix and add a splash of water if needed.

So, pancake mix should smell like batter... I don't know what "bad cupcake batter," smells like but I presume people think this smells sweet, and it doesn't. It doesn't smell bad and it doesn't smell like vanilla, cupcakes, cake mix, cake batter, etc... I know what cake smells like, I've been baking for 25 years. It smells like pancake batter, and all pancake batters vary in smell slightly because they all add different additives. That's all there is to it. This pancake mix works pretty well and my family likes it. The only thing I've noticed is you really have to thin the batter out to get a less fluffy pancake because the consistency I might use with other brands makes for a SUPER fluffy pancake. Other than that, these pancakes are flavorful and griddle up great! It's a pancake, it's not supposed to taste like a filet mignon and a pancake can be amped up with toppings and syrups if you don't like the plain pancake. This is a great buy, especially if you make a lot of pancakes quite often. I do not mind the name change one bit and we still enjoy this mix all the same.

This might be my new favorite thing to buy from Sam’s Club. I have 3 picky kids and this makes so many budget friendly meals for our family of 5. The pancakes always turn out delicious. Tonight I added blueberries and they tasted like they were from a restaurant. Delicious.

We would always buy the daily chef brand buttermilk pancakes mix which was delicious. Then Sam's switched to the members mark's brand with the deceptive note "same great taste." Unfortunately the members mark kind is terrible. It is super sweet and tastes nothing like the daily chef.

Sorry, but the negative reviews I simply don't understand. Guess they're accustomed to gnawing on bitter pancakes, I suppose. Look, these pancakes come out moist, mildly sweet and have a nice, springy texture that won't crumble apart. That's what a good pancake mix should produce! Well, this buttermilk pancake mix is a fantastic value and incredibly easy to mix and cook with. You nay sayers have simply forgotten about the second syllable is this wonderful breakfast staple. PANCAKE! Powers that be. Please don't listen to those other negative reviews and don't change a thing! This mix blows away Krusteas!

Best pancake mix EVER!!! This is not only the easiest to use it has a fantastic from scratch flavor. We like to adjust the amount of water to the receipt to make them just a little thinner but if we don’t they are this fantastic think yum pancake anyway you prefer them. So dare easy and we have been know to have them foe lunch or dinner on many occasions. I like to add cinnamon to the mix sometimes but other times i just sprinkle it on top. Endless combinations plus make extra because they freeze really well for us for a quick pop in the microwave another day when your in a hurry it’s great. Enjoy!
