I absolutely love this pancake mix! We usually get a name brand but my husband decided on this since we have a big family %26 I cook breakfast for everyone before school. It's very affordable which is important %26 actually tastes good. The smell is wonderful %26 sweet. I wasn't sure about getting it but I'm so glad we did. I don't have any complaints. I like mine thick so I put a little less water %26 they are wonderful. They are fluffy %26 have a good texture. Very satisfied!

I grew up making pancakes from a "biscuit mix" I liked them, still do frankly. MM Pancake Mix is really good, sweeter than I'm used to, but it is so easy to make. My only real issue is that I sometimes forget that, "just add water," means it has powdered milk in the mix. As someone lactose intolerant this is a problem. I have to remember to take a lactase pill or else I'm going to be having stomach issues. If they used A2 milk powder, it would be easier on a lot of people. Anyway, I just bought a new bag. poured half in a cannister and discovered when I close it, it now has a loop and hook closure now! Thank goodness. Zipper closure can be so finicky. This closed easily the first time. Yay! great improvement to a really tasty product.

This pancake mix has such a nice flavor and the pancakes come out nice and fluffy.
