This mix is so good, tried it with pancakes and the waffle recipe. I can't believe that you only have to add water ( and for the waffles, a little oil). I bought it because it didn't have artificial ingredients added and my grands go camping a lot and it will be great for them to take along. But we will all enjoy it.

We love this pancake and waffle mix. It makes them so fluffy and delicious. We are from Kansas City, Missouri and our store there; carried this in store. We were a little shocked to find that we had to order it online here. But hey, we still can get it. So that is all that matters in the end.

This is my favorite pancake batter by far. We have used it for both large events, such as bridal showers and the midnight breakfast on our college campus and small events, like saturday morning breakfast. This is always my go to because it lasts forever.

This pancake mix is used almost daily in our household of 6! Not only for traditional pancakes or waffles, but a new hit in our house has been a pancake in a mug! The possibilities are endless with each kid picking their own mix in (chocolate chips, sprinkles, blueberries, etc)

You can buy with confidence. For a box mix it's very good with the added convenience of being able to make up the portions that you need each time. I used to buy the shake up pancake mixes but this is easier to use. I use a half cup of mix and a half cup of water for three pancakes. A quick shake up in a glass jar + lid and I'm off and frying the cakes. Within ~ 5 minutes of time total, I'm ready to eat. My only critique would be that they are on the sweet side for my liking but they are tasty.

This is the handiest stuff! Of course it's great for quick, and I mean very fast pancakes and waffles, but you can use it for other things; let your creativity flow! For instance, substitute it for flour in cookies, and it changes them to more filling, flavorful pieces. You can even use it as a batter. Great price, too!

The pancake mix is great, exactly what we expected from previous purchases. Shipping is awful. There was a typo of 1 off on last digit of street address, don't know what happened as I have ordered other things using same address stored in Sam's account. The item came from Salt Lake to Idaho all the way to our street then was returned to Sam's, not in Salt Lake where it came from, but Phoenix AZ, which is much further from us - made us wonder why shipping costs so much. I had to reorder the item again. Needless to say we finally got the replacement item week and a half late. By the way, we are the only house and with the 1 digit off, that became the lot next door which is empty. Go figures... Another item we ordered from Sam's went from Woodinville Wa to southern California,, then up to Salt Lake City UT, then to us in Idaho. Once again, wondering why shipping costs so much !!!

Pandemic pancakes and WFH waffles are the ultimate second breakfast when feeding little hermitted hobbits. The mix is a bit on the sweet side, but the kiddos dig it. The just add water (and oil for waffles) aspect is super quick and easy. I understand that scratch pancakes are also simple, but this was available when basic ingredients were not. Our favorites are chicken and waffles with garden Fresno chile maple syrup and pancakes with peanut butter and bananas.

My boys love pancakes + they are 11 & 15 meaning they eat everything! This product will last about 3 months when I make breakfast + make a lot of extra peanut butter with chocolate chips pancakes, once cooled I place in a freezer bag and freeze. My boys always have pancakes or waffles at the ready!

I was disappointed with this product. Usually light and fluffy but after 4 batches and following instructions then adding less water nothing helped. These were flat and tasted bland. I added vanilla and cinnamon and still tasted horrible. I let the batter stand for 5 minutes just like I usually do and it was just as thin as water.
