Not available in store and therefore had to go through the expense of ordering double what I needed due to minimums and and then pay shipping costs on top of that.

This is a far friendlier option to aluminum foil in my oven (baking and cooking) needs. I use this to line the sheet pans, trays, etc and it works great for oven roasting veggies or meats, baking cookies or other treats, and just an all around good thing to have in the kitchens. I even cut these into sized strips to help me with (for example) freezing specific portions (in separate layers) of meat items that I am flash freezing for future meals/uses (I live rurally, so I only go on one big shopping trip a month).

I use this all the time for dehydrating bones for our business. The only thing I don't like is how hard it is to start a new roll. It tears the box and I have to tape up the box to use it to tear the way it was meant to. As far as quality of the product, great to use!

The parchment paper is good paper to cook bake with because you can make even make put it on the pan with french fries and they don't burn my mom taught me that trick did you get two in a pack I didn't know that I thought you only got one it'll never go to waste it's good

I oven roast lots of chicken : thighs & breasts mostly. I wanted to cut down on clean up chore of sheet pans I use. Prior to parchment paper I used those silicone mats. Parchment paper is much better in clean up ability. These rolls are a tad wider than the 1/2 sheet pans I use for roasting so there's no waste. I use those paper clip / clamps to hold the paper in place while loading it with chicken pieces so no liquid chicken fat / stock can seep under the paper like it does when using the silicone mats. I keep the clips on during oven roasting. Careful of pouring off the grease once the chicken is removed makes cleanup a breeze, lots of times just with a damp dish soapy sponge and a quick rinse. I will continue to use silicone mats for baking cookies & breads.

I enjoy doing cooking and baking. After using parchment paper you never want to go back to just using a baking pan by itself. Helps with making clean up easy and fast. Plus gives you the ability to move your food on and off easily. I usually won't make cookies without using this product.

I Purchased this parchment paper for my daughter to roll out sugar cookie dough for her cookie business. It easily tears during the rolling process and I will not be buying this product again. It would work fine for baking but does not work for the reason I purchased it

I have tried several other brands and it seems there is always something that wants to stick to it. This is the best one I have found and I can even reuse the same piece of parchment 5-7 times before I have to replace it. I have never had an issue with anything sticking to it.

This parchment paper is one of the best out there. I can reuse a sheet at least three times when baking cookies. The food doesn't stick to the pan, nor do you get that nasty bleed through that happens with other parchment papers. The only problem is that they don't stock it in every Sam's Club. But it is so worth it, even if you need to order online.

One of my kitchens favorite inventions. I love parchment paper! Parchment paper saves me time in my kitchen. A wonderful use of paper. Parchment paper was so expensive when my children were infants so over the years I never bothered in buying. Now through Sam’s club you get so much more from your dollar, it’s so worth it!
