Not available in store and therefore had to go through the expense of ordering double what I needed due to minimums and and then pay shipping costs on top of that.

This parchment paper is sturdy and lives up to the non stick standard. I be tried to tape a flap closed on a tray of food but the tape won’t even stick to it.I use it in the microwave to cover food plus for lining baking sheets. The roll contains way more product that the ones I used to buy at the grocery store. Plus for the quantity it’s cheaper. I do recommend this product highly.

French parchment paper has made baking sourdough and artisan breads so easy. Both are baked in a Dutch oven. Lifting the loaves out of a hot Dutch oven is easy and safe thanks to the high quality parchment paper. No rips. Also makes cookies bake evenly with an easy release from the pan. Love this stuff.

Good value and performance. It is bleached white, not a natural color, but tears beautifully straight from the box without ripping, and bakes without burning to 405 degrees just as it says (with some browning at edges). Grease has not leaked through so far as with other natural parchment I have used. The price is right for this many square feet!

Recently found an old receipt from Sam's club where I purchased these rolls and bought them for $5.68! They are more than 3× that now! I'm sure there was some over inflated price increases along the way. But for cooking and baking these can't be beat for quality not for price!

This is a far friendlier option to aluminum foil in my oven (baking and cooking) needs. I use this to line the sheet pans, trays, etc and it works great for oven roasting veggies or meats, baking cookies or other treats, and just an all around good thing to have in the kitchens. I even cut these into sized strips to help me with (for example) freezing specific portions (in separate layers) of meat items that I am flash freezing for future meals/uses (I live rurally, so I only go on one big shopping trip a month).

I use this all the time for dehydrating bones for our business. The only thing I don't like is how hard it is to start a new roll. It tears the box and I have to tape up the box to use it to tear the way it was meant to. As far as quality of the product, great to use!

Great product and great price. Has unlimited uses. Grilling, baking , prepping, and candy making. This product not for long term freezer use but can be used for short term freezeing like when freezing fruits before bagging long term to keep from sticking. Also great for preserving foods in refrigerator.

I Purchased this parchment paper for my daughter to roll out sugar cookie dough for her cookie business. It easily tears during the rolling process and I will not be buying this product again. It would work fine for baking but does not work for the reason I purchased it

I love parchment paper. Never used it till a year ago and I don’t know what I was thinking! This stuff is great!!! I’m able to bake without oil or cooking spray and without sticking. Clean up is easy also, just line the pan, cook, eat, throw away paper and wipe over your pan - easy cleanup. This membersmark parchment paper is a great value for so much paper.
