We try to use this as an alternative to aluminum foil when ever possible. Works great on a cookie sheet in the oven when cooking fries, chicken patties, and such as that.

This is the best parchment paper ever. It’s like I can’t live without it. I’m very disappointed Sam’s club has discontinued it. They need to get it back on the shelves immediately.

This is the parchment paper I have been using for baking cheesecakes. Because it is thin, I have to use two layers. I will not use it for baking/roasting anything on a cookie sheet. Trying to keep multiple layers of thin parchment paper from rolling on a flat surface is more trouble than its worth.
