If I could give it 0 stars I would

We recently purchased two dispensers and the refills for our office bathrooms in an effort to make soap restocking easier. Well this certainly isn't easier. In order to get the bag to fit, you have to empty almost half the bag for the unit to close. Not only is this a major waste but it is also a mess. If the bag fit easily, I could maybe forgive the smell but given the headache the units caused already, the awful smell of the soap is like a kick in the balls. I called Sam's to report the issue and they didn't seem at all concerned. They sent me to Ecolabs who cared even less and told me there was no way to even report a complaint because it was a Member's Mark brand and then directed me back to Sam's. Sam's again had not concern with the faulty product that bears their brand name and offered a refund. A refund is a nice gesture but not really the issue. I want to keep the product, I just want it to work... I wish we would have read the more recent reviews. We saw the overall star rating and assumed they would be good. What a mistake.

Do not buy!

If you're looking to replace or install soap dispensers in your restrooms, look elsewhere. I put these in the student bathrooms at our school and, like other reviewers, I have a very difficult time closing the dispenser. The bags just don't fit properly. Wasting soap until the bag is less-full is the only way to get the dispenser to close. Here I thought I was upgrading to a better way of doing things. I feel like I have wasted money.

Works great, but takes a little work

The refills are a bit difficult to get in, however it is easy to work around. What I've done is to just install as normal and then release enough soap in order to close it. Usually only takes about 5 pumps or so. Also you kind of have to fold the top of the bag over to make sure it clears the latch. Cutting or poking a hole in the bag is just too messy unless you have a way to reseal it properly.

Basically blue water now

This was my favorite hand soap. The dispenser is very convenient and one pump of the soap left my hands feeling clean without being dried out.I've used it for a few years now, but this recent refill is awful. It doesn't foam as much as it used to, and two pumps aren't as effective as one pump used to be. Actually, it doesn't make suds at all really aside from the initial pump and makes me wonder if there's any real soap in it at all. Please bring back the old formula.

Beware!! Don't fit in the required dispenser

I've bought multiple dispensers and the bags do not fit. Too much air in the bag.

POOR PACKING AND POOR DELIVERY

GOOD SOAP, BUT BUY AT THE STORE. OR PLAN TO HAVE A SOGGY BOX WITH HAND SOAP ALL OVER EVERYTHING IN THE BOX.

Smells bad, disappointed!

I just purchased this "new formula" & I can't stand the smell!!! I miss the older, LOTS BETTER smell!!! Please change it back!!!

The major driver in changing the formula was to transition to a triclosan-free formula while maintaining the existing kill claims for foodservice and other common applications which seek an antibacterial formula. Refills don't fit in the dispenser

The refill bags do not fit in the dispenser it's always jammed in their so tight it comes out at very liquid for a while and wastes product.

No Lather

Could not fit in my dispenser so I put in old hand soap bottles to dispense, but it's very watery, no lather at all.
