I think that the company that manufactures this has a quality control problem...i bought the two pack and one pouch/bag seemed to be overfilled. I wasn't able to close the dispenser door until i removed about an ounce.

We have been buying this product for years and now we have to empty about half the bag to get the soap dispenser to close. This is a waste of time and money. It continues to pop open the dispenser if you do not pump out nearly half of the soap. What is going on with this product? We have the appropriate soap dispensers and I even changed out an existing one to a new dispenser to see if they had changed the casing. No luck. This is no longer an effective product combination.

So frustrated! I've been using the Members Mark dispenser with these refills for several years. Bought a box of refills last week and when I tried to install them the dispensers wouldn't close. Took the refills back and got another box. Same problem. Finally ended up pumping out a bunch of the soap just to get the dispensers to close securely. This is not an acceptable solution to the problem!

Super disappointed. We purchased these wall units for our Community Center, we have a lot of people who are mentally challenged so this product cannot be used.. I just read some reviews and see that this has been an ongoing problem for almost a year now and there has been no resolution. Super disappointed in the soap as well, it dries your hands out and smells gross.

Bought this about a week ago. I was instantly in love! Everyone in the house loves it! The price for the double pack of antibacterial soap is really good! The soap is light. The pouches are a really good size. The dispenser was a GREAT price! It was an all around love and a great buy!

The refills are a bit difficult to get in, however it is easy to work around. What I've done is to just install as normal and then release enough soap in order to close it. Usually only takes about 5 pumps or so. Also you kind of have to fold the top of the bag over to make sure it clears the latch. Cutting or poking a hole in the bag is just too messy unless you have a way to reseal it properly.

I have been purchasing these for our commercial building for a couple of years now and these have a consistent problem with leaking. The most recent one I have sitting on my desk is leaking from the plastic bag containing the soap. In the past I have had issues with the dispensing mechanism allows all the soap to leak out on the counter over the course of a night. I have had to return these at a rate of about 30% to get my money back at Sam's. The one on my desk has a small crack on the side of the plastic bag after literally removing it from the box from Sam's Club. How can the bag get cracked/split as you have to be able to seriously cram these things into the dispenser and shove the cover closed to get them to fit. I wish ECOLAB would improve the plastic packaging material and fix the leaks! Be careful - foaming hand soap is NOT fun to try and clean up from a countertop area and tile floor in a commercial bathroom and can cause serious injuries as it is really slippery!

I recently purchased this soap to put in my dispenser. It did not fit, so I called the 800 number on the box. The EcoLab person told me this was a "known defect" and return it to the store. He suggested I buy this product so I would get a different lot and it should work. My package arrived and I still have the same problem. I called Sam's Club customer service and they are sending out another package. I just don't believe this will fit as it will come from the same warehouse. Why is this so difficult?

We have purchased this hand soap for many years. The recent soap seems to be made differently and not clean hands as effective as the previous formula. We use it multiple times a day and work in the automotive industry so we put soap to the test. Can you please go back to the previous formula?

I love using this soap and the price is reasonable and I'm I'm surely not going to complain that it's too full but I have 4 cases, boxes of 2, and I am going to have to change products because someone snatched our Dispenser off the wall VALENTINE WEEKEND and I haven't been able to get another one even though I try at least 3x a week. All I know to do is buy another brand because I use too much to keep trying to find antibacterial soap each week
