DEFINITELY LUV this litter. It does what it says & makes cleaning easy & especially for a GREAT price....My Diva-Cat, she's VERY picky, which made me stuck with the expensive litter since the beginning she was a kitten & would NEVER use another brand in her litter box other than her brand(Freshstp). My other cat isn't picky, so I use this brand in her box. But for some reason, now my Diva-Cat uses the other cat's box. Amazing, I've tried for years on other brands, but she wouldn't unless it was FrshStp. So now I put it in both boxes & saves me more money. Like all brands expensive do, if you don't clean your boxes on a regular base the clump will start drying out & fall apart. I clean mine every day, I haven't had any problems. It does what it should. I'm Definitely a regular buyer of this product now.

We buy this litter because we have four finicky cats that hate clay litter and it's a 40lb bucket for less than $10. We usually get two buckets a month. Yes, it can be dusty- especially when pouring into the pan. But I haven't had an issue with the dust after that with either of my two pans on carpet or the two on bare floor. The odor control/clumping isn't anything super disappointing to me as well, but with whatever brand of litter I have on hand I always add probably a cup of baking soda to each new litter change out and sprinkle in a couple of tablespoons after every scooping as well. I just grab a 3lb bag of baking soda from the baking aisle when we're there. The bag lasts us like six weeks and costs less than four bucks. All in all, still a great value for us.

I normally use Scoop Away but picked this up during the Quarantine fun. I had used this previously and thought I would try it again as it is almost half the cost. That is because the clumping is non-existent. It just becomes a yucky dusty mess when you try and scoop the urine. Sadly I will not be purchasing this again.

I have been using this litter for years and it was just as good as Tidy Cats clumping litter. The last container that I purchased no longer clumps. It's in the exact same container, but the quality is terrible. I guess Sam's decided to change vendors. I will no longer be purchasing this litter.

I am livid with Member's Mark for their most recent change with this cat litter (Item #457060 bought on 11-30-18) and I think I figured out Member's Mark little trick...2 years ago many reviewers wrote about the change of litter, specifically stating "New Improved 4-in-1 Formula", I have been buying this litter probably for a good 2 years and I have always been pleased with it until my last purchase which was on 11-30-18! I cannot get over the amount of dust my entire room that the enclosed litter box is kept in and how much dust just clouds out as you pour fresh from the bucket into the litter but also just the amount of dust that bellows out while scooping the box. I am not being dramatic, I feel like I need a shower after scooping a few pieces of poo and a couple of urine clumps (which stays clumped for the most part IF you get right under it, hit it off to the side or shake excess good litter off your scooper too much, it falls apart!). My theory is they have kept the same label "New Improved Formula" for the entire past two years and then they can switch that litter ingredients as much as they want to! I was going to put in here to save your money and just go buy some Tidy Cat if you don't care about the dust but I see (conveniently) Sam's Club sells Tidy Cat and we all know how store name brands work. This has been horrible and I would have been much farther ahead buying a Top Brand Name Litter when you consider the amount of polish and rags and vacuuming I had to do. To Member's Mark = I didn't buy Tidy Cat!!!

Obviously the price is the most attractive thing about this product. We recently got a Sam's Club membership and I researched all the items we normally buy for our household to see what was a better value at Sam's. We got this and it was pretty darn dusty but I thought hey, the price is right, we'll keep using it. The room that our cats' litter boxes are in is only used for their stuff and a treadmill that is used 4-7 times a week. The door to this room stays closed with a kitty flap installed, to keep cat smells as contained as possible. The litter boxes are in an open closet in that room - as nestled away as we can have them, basically. Within a couple weeks of using the Member's Mark brand of litter, I began to notice just how much the dust was affecting the room. Everything had a layer of dust - most noticeable on the black treadmill - that made the room feel like an old abandoned space. And this with me dusting and vacuuming on at least a weekly basis. I had already noticed that when I scooped the litter daily, I had to pop my head out and away to take breaths between scoops; it was just too suffocating. Then, during one of my 1-2 times a week vacuuming sessions, I looked around the room and noticed it appeared smoky - as if there was a fire in there! It was the stirred up litter dust! I even replaced the bag and hepa filter in my vacuum to be sure there wasn't an issue there. I don't have allergies and even dust usually doesn't bother me, but this was too much. I felt stuffy and ill the rest of the day. We have one bucket remaining but I think we will save that for garage oil cleanup or winter weather car emergencies because I cannot wait another bucket's worth of dust to switch back to what I used before. The brand I used before is $0.31/lb vs. Member's Mark's $0.22/lb, but for the health of my lungs, my cats' lungs, and the cleanliness of everything near the litter boxes, I am GLADLY switching back.

This has been my go to litter for years! I've raved about it to anyone with a cat, I've donated it to a local rescue. For the price you could not beat it! Well I have no idea what changed a few weeks back but it's so dusty now! Before it was very low dust but now my utility room fills with dust while I'm either scooping or changing the litterbox. It also isn't clumping like it was, the clumped up areas just break apart into tiny pieces when scooping which defeats the purpose of this litter. So I'm back on the hunt to find another liter and hopefully the powers that be see all these poor reviews and change the litter back and quickly!

The litter clumps ok, cats had no problem using it, it does stick to the bottom of litter box if you let the level get low. BUT my issue with it is the dust is extreme ! I have 2 litter boxes in laundry room and after 5 refills there was a very thick coating of litter dust on every thing including the top of a full size refrigerator. So not worth the money saved, and my babies will be breathing better.

I choked and coughed for a long while after putting this into the box. In fact the entire room became fogged with dust. When I scooped it later that day again a dust cloud rose up. I began thinking about my cats having to breath that dust each time they used the litter. It's unhealthy and extremely irresponsible for Sam's Club to even sell this garbage. If you buy this litter you're putting your cats at risk for a long condition. Personally, I couldn't get rid of this fast enough.

I am a professional petsitter and have scooped a LOT of litter boxes. Maybe my expectations were low because "you get what you pay for", right? Well, this was certainly better than I expected from the price. I have two mostly indoor cats - and I am very bad about remembering to scoop the litter box. I have two boxes, but they both seem to prefer the box in the living room (of course), under the desk. When you walk in the front door, if the litter needs scooping, it's OBVIOUS. However, when this happens, I will go "oh no! It's been 4 or 5 days since I scooped the litter!" That's a long time for two cats in one box but I will admit I sprinkle a bit on a baking soda/essential oil mix to help with odor control. I also like the clumping factor of this brand. One of my cats will p** (it wouldn't let me use the real word - Really) in the corner of the box and it's very difficult to scoop there. With this litter, it seems to scoop easier than many other litters with a higher price tag. So, I find this product to be "very good" but short of the 5 star "excellent".
