Best litter ever

Thanks I have used Member's Mark cat litter for many years. It is the only thing my two cats like. I am tired of cleaning messes outside of box. I would like a reason for not stocking. Is this temporary or permanent? Please answer and explain. My cats want to know and I can do too. This is the best stuff I have ever used. Please bring it back. Thanks

It really is improved!

I've been buying this cat litter for years and it was okay. The last bucket I bought said, "new improved 4-in one formula." Usually when a product says it's "new and improved" I can barely notice a difference (or the difference is not for the better). But now this clumps better, stays drier and cleaner. I have a kitty going on 20 years old and she has kidney issues so she pees A LOT. It used to be the litter would get saturated (and yukky) very quickly and I'd have to dump and start over. This new formula is lasting noticeably longer before I have to change everything out. It's still very heavy, but I've also tried the name-brand, lightweight-clumping cat litters they sell at Sams. They are a lot more expensive, they smell perfume-y (in a bad way esp. when combined with cat) and most importantly: my old kitty prefers the Sam's brand.

Not a good product anymore!!!! Horrible mess!

Used this since Sam's came out with their own brand - was dusty but good. The new 'formula' is worthless. It doesn't clump!! I am not sure what you are 'scooping'. The dirty litter is throwable... their is nothing to scoop as it remains granular. This is also EXTREMELY dusty. I will go back to Arm & Hammer Litter - this stuff is terrible!! Sams Club your Member's Mark products used to be a great value and great quality. In the last year or so - the only thing I have seen is cheap, cheap, cheap and not the price - the quality. Too bad - you are working yourself out of the markets for these products. Your buyers are doing a poor job of selecting quality.

Unhealthy for cats and humans

This so-called new formula has a texture that looks an feel like dirt dust. It clumps and sticks to cat's hair and paws in effect gets carried to wherever the cat walks, sits or lays. The previous formulas did not have this effect. It turns basically into mud with the cat's urine.

Don't waste your money!!

Don't waste your money or the time it takes to carry this product to the checkout aisle! It doesn't do any of the 4 things it says it does...odor control is non-existent, it clumps VERY POORLY, and it is very dusty! If you are looking for a cat litter that will leave a thin coating of dust on everything in your house, clumps worse than regular clay litter, and leaves a foul odor in your home, this is the product for you. You would be better off just digging up your garden and filling your litter box with dirt...it would be less dusty!! I would have given this product a half star or less, but it wasn't an option. :(.

Cat litter

Best thing about this stuff is the bucket it came in. I have a LitterMaid and hoped this would work with it. It did not. Breaks apart, odor control is negligible. I usually use Fresh Step (I'll be going back to that). I have my laundry/utility room off kitchen and never before have I had litter box odor in my kitchen until I used this stuff. Many of the store brand items are great but this one is not.

Entire House Dusty

I've bought this product and used it for about six months. My house has never been so dusty and I figured out why, DUH! When I pour this litter in the pan I actually see the dust in the air, fills the entire closet and hangs in the air. Never paid much mind until I realized how dusty EVERYTHING in the house is all the time. Dust one day and the next day it's all dusty again and I only have one cat! Good price for the amount of product but the product is not quality. Will be going back to Tidy Cat.

Meh!

To be fair we bought and tried using a whole bucket twice and it did not seem to be improved from the latter time of buying and using. In a nut shell it does nothing to eliminate odor and it is pretty dusty. It does clump the urine decently but that's the only plus about the product.

Cost Effective Litter For My Cats & Fosters

I have 3 cats of my own and frequently have anywhere from 3 to as many as 12 or 14 foster cats and kittens for a couple local shelters. The Member's Mark litter served me pretty well at a reasonable price. It wasn't uncommon for me to buy anywhere from 2 to 4 buckets at a time so it's an understatement to say that I miss it being available at my Denton, Texas Sam's Club...

Decent but dusty

This litter has very good clumping ability and a pleasant smell, but it is exceedingly dusty. I feel like I need to wear a dust mask just to pour it, and wonder how good it could be for my cats to be inhaling it every time they use the box. Other than that it is a good litter, but I'll stick to Tidy Cat until Member's Mark makes improvements.
