We have used the better quality cat litter for years. We have been trying to cut costs on some things so we decided to try this cat litter. There are just some things you cannot cut corners on & this is one of them. Walking in the house & all we smell is the cat litter odor. It's disgusting. We will be going back to Fresh Step.

I bought this on and off over the years and loved the size for the value, and it clumped well too. After buying other brands elsewhere, I bought this again last month and the dust is out of control! It doesn't seem to clump as well as it used to either. I can't see buying this again due to the dust storm it kicks up every time I scoop. I'm really disappointed too as this used to be a great product.

When my wife and I were talking about switching our litter to Member's Mark I jokingly said, “We use their toilet paper... I'm sure the cats won't mind their litter!” They don't seem to mind it. But we do. It's an extremely dusty product. It's also a bit thicker than our previous brand which makes it a tad more difficult to scoop and sift. This is the one Sam's Club product I would stay away from. The cost savings is not worth the headache of cleaning/dusting more and coughing through scoops.

I love Sams and most members mark products. I must have picked up a bad container because I could just see dusty dirt. My daughter warned me but the cheap price lured me to buy it. Never again. A good third of the bucket was just tossed in the trash.

We bought this for our new cat. We live in a small two bedroom apartment, and this litter really keeps the odor at bay. I never smell the cat litter. Even on cleaning day. Great product, going back this weekend to buy some more. Was able to provide several litter pan fulls. Great product, great quantity and QUALITY for the price.

Several months ago i began purchasing this cat litter & while a bit dusty i thought it was manageable. The last two buckets i've purchased were extremely dusty & lacking all clumping properties. Echoing what others have pointed out when you go to scoop everything disintegrates & the stench of cat urine is released into the air. Even air purifiers running 24/7 don't remedy the situation. I've already decided to move on.

I normally get the name brand litter at Sam's, but decided I'd try the Store Brand, in case I was missing out on something just as good, at a fraction of the price. It has very high dust. When pouring into the box, and even when scooping.. It doesn't control odors very well either. Having 2 kitties, odor control is very important to me. It was worth a shot, but I think I'll pay the extra few dollars and get the name brand litter

I used to use one of the more expensive name brand litters but we had a spell where we had to cut as many corners as we could on grocery trips, so I bought a bin of the Sam's brand. I actually like it much better and it's half the price! There's a little more dust than with the brand we were using, but this litter clumps very well, keeps odor down as well as the name brand, and actually dumps out of the litter box easier than the more expensive litter. With the name brand I had to really scrape the litter box at times, but with the Member's Mark it dumps out easily and in big clumps that don't break arpart.

Dislike giving negative reviews. Everybody uses products differently so outcomes can vary. This is my personal experience. Recrived tree pails of this kitty litter last week. Have two cats and three litter boxes. Washed out our three litter boxes and filled with fresh. Always scoop once a day and now twice most days. Litter does clump; however, most are clumps of mud-like balls. Unsure what it would take for the clumps to dryout as with other litters. Little to no odor control as I can smell litter boxes when opening the front door. Although price was good (discounted at time of order), savings not worth the frustration. Haven't actually looked at bucket to see if there''s a satisfaction guarantee. Regardless, wouldn't want three more buckets. Maybe more expensive but many of the name brands do a much better job based on this recent experience.
