I purchased this grill back in June 2017 not even a year yet and the burners are coming apart. It cost $23.00 per burner ($115.00) to replace not including shipping. This is completely unfair as this grill only has a 90 day warranty. Grill has been kept out of the weather and was cleaned on a regular basis. I have had other grills that lasted way longer before having to replace. I am a unsatisfied customer at this point and have been with Sam's club for many many years.

I bought this a few days ago and started putting it together today. First I discovered the left and right side cart panels had holes drilled in incorrect locations. I corrected this by drilling holes myself because I don't want to drive 2 hours to return it. Then I got to the caster wheels....some holes were on top of the frame and some on the bottom. At this point it was game over...hard to have 2 wheels on the bottom and 2 on top of the cart. The terrible quality control would lend me to believe everything you read about the poor long-term quality as well. Returning this and will buy something else...

I BOUGHT THIS 8 MONTHS AGO, WORST GRILL EVER, COOKED GREAT, SEASONED IT BEFORE WE USED IT. NOW THE GRATES HAVE RUSTED, 3 OF THE 5 BURNERS HAVE BLOWN. CALLED COMPANY TO REPLACE THE ITEMS WOULD COST ME MORE THAN A NEW ONE. WHAT 100% GUARANTEE ARE THEY TALKING ABOUT.

This is the start of our 3rd summer with this Member's Mark Gril GR2210601-MM-00. We started getting hot spots toward the end of last summer. Took the grill apart to see what was the issue. Four of the five burners are rusted through and have big gapping holes. Not that unsual for grills. I was us to replaceing the burners about every 3 years on my CharBroil Grill. Now the real issue starts. No place on line to find burners with this Model number. Go to the Rankam site who is the orginal manufacture and they don't have a parts page. I am at a lose as of what to do. CharBroil did an excellent job with parts and would even send you new burners at no charge. I may have to switch back if I can't find burners.

Bought this grill last August for my husband and he was really liking it but now the paint has peeled off on the entire right side despite being covered when not in use. Then that area started rusting within 5-6 months since the paint had left. Other side is fine. Obviously defective paint job and will try Rustoleum but very disappointed in this..

I was skeptical. I've never had any good experience with things from China. I was getting ready to buy a Webber. They have a great reputation and are made in the good ol USA. I came across this from SAMs. All the reviews were too good to be true. I went ahead and picked one up. I took my time putting it together and I was very pleasantly surprised. This grill is very heavy duty. Everything fit together perfectly. The quality is very good. Especially considering the price. It is very large much more grill than the Webber I was looking at for $100 more. So, I had to add to the great reviews. Btw it all comes apart so easily for cleaning. Including the flame tamers which are very heavy and sturdy. I haven't used it yet so no comment there. My char broil of the past never lasted long. It appears this grill will be around for a while.

Purchased this grill last year prior to the outdoor grilling season. Within a month the grates rusted out. I was given replacements without question which was good service, however the replacement grates have now rusted out again. Kind of hard to clean them without damaging the coating, food sticks to the grates hence creating the rust problem I have seen mentioned on other reviews. Finding replacement grates to fit the dimensions of this grill have been challenging so need to improve the grates to get this to 5 stars

Bought this grill a little over a year ago. Has great heavy duty grates and cooked well until about 2 months ago. Notices all of the flame and heat was near the crossovers in the back. Took it apart last night to find all of the burners are cracking wide open, splitting and pretty much trashed. This model is made by "Rankam Group" out of Hong Kong and replacement parts are impossible to find (I mean impossible!). I had a MM grill for years prior to this and was able to readily find replacement parts as needed and used it till the body rusted out. Be wary of the burners and I recommend shopping for a different brand until Sam's starts using manufacturers that offer affordable, available replacement parts.

My husband absolutely loves this grill. It took him about 45 minutes to full assemble it when we got home from Sams. He uses it about every other day. We love how the propane tank is enclosed because we have little kids who like to play outside while their daddy is grilling. We are a family of 7 so there is plenty of room to cook everything at once. It's easy enough to use for me and its a beautiful grill that's heavy duty and stable. Would recommend to anyone.

I bought this in 2017 and like others thought it was "great". It was for the first year. Year two revealed 4 / 5 burners rusted out and dangerously leaking gas. I went online to replace the parts and found each burner cost $33-$38 EACH thus x four = $132 plus shipping so about $150 to replace the burners after two years which is one half the total cost of the unit. This was kept covered on a deck and well maintained. Unfortunately very poor materials are used in the burners which is the most important. Thus you get what you pay for.
